I have been a Mangino customer for many years, and have bought quite a few vehicles from them; as has my family. What brings me back to their dealership is simply they are good people to do business with. They are honest and forthright in negotiating, give a fair deal, and explain the rationale for their trade in values and pricing. You don't have to haggle at Mangino's, you simply get the best deal. The staff, from John in sales, Ralph the GM, Joe the Service manager, Kristen at the service desk-everyone there is, like their commercials say, family. No matter what my reason for going in, big problem or simple question, they treat me well and solve my problems. I am a small business owner, and like to do business locally--but I'd drive a long way to do business with the Mangino family. First class all the way.
