I will buy my next car from Lia
by Bill Geraghty on 10/22/2020I was looking for a Honda Civic and went to a Honda dealer in Binghamton NY. They did not have what I was interested for the price I wanted. I found a Honda Civic online at Lia that I was interested in. I then Drove 84 miles Lia and met… with Vincent Simeone. We looked at the car I wanted and Vincent was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. We compared the car I wanted to others and Vincent was very helpful answering all questions I had. The normal nightmare paperwork I have dealt with in the past was actually a dream this time. There were a couple minor scuffs on the lower bumper of the car and Vincent had them buffed and the car was polished and ready to go when I picked it up. Overall a great buying experience and the whole Lia team is great in my experience.Bill, we appreciate you taking the time to write this great review. Painless and efficient visits are what we aim for, so it is pleasing to hear that Vincent took such great care of you. Enjoy your new vehicle and we look forward to seeing you in the future.

He responded courteously and said that was fine and proceeded to get… our paperwork completed. No pressure to have Lia replace them. I appreciated that...hate it when they try to talk you into something that we accomplish ourselves.Maggie, thank you for your very kind review. by pamala on 09/20/2020frustrated with leaking tire getting worse and worse. The service tech, Larry Banker not only found a screw and a nail but also recognized a rust spot at the rim that was causing more of a leak. NO MORE LEAKS. So very pleased 😀Joe is awesome
