He and the rest of the team made the stressful task of buying a new car surprisingly pleasant and comfortable. We… were in need of another vehicle and we didn’t hesitate to reach out to Faiz again. I found it hard to find such excellent care until I took my car to Lia Hyundai in Albany. I was so lucky to be met with the most… professional and friendly manner in the person of John King. (Mr. King was the representative that helped me.) He listens to one’s needs and finds a way to help one. Ge goes the extra mile. He always greets one with a smile. Although, other workers have been rude, I return to this dealership because Mr king’s excellent service and manners. I highly recommend this dealers and Mr. King!!!Thanks for letting us know how satisfied you were with John's assistance, Tia! Within a matter of seconds on the phone I felt like I knew him for years. No pressure, interested in my needs and… wants. He invited me to come to the dealership at my convenience. I already knew what car I wanted on the lot before I got there. When I arrived Claudio had the car out front and warming up for me. He let me test drive it by myself, within 30 min after I got back we had made a deal. Shortly after that I drove my new Palisade Calligraphy home. Claudio Montano Is the gold standard of excellence for Lia Hyundai!! No pressure, no hours of back and forth to the boss. Painless stress free experience …..I forgot to mention how he took his time with all the features, controls. Good service. Waiting area is lacking.
by Lisa on 09/18/2024I’ve been a customer at Lia Hyundai since the early 2000’s. The service is always very good. Since the service waiting area has been updated, I haven’t liked waiting for my car. While the seating is comfortable, the tv is a waste. It is… permanently on an awful game show channel and is way too loud. Literally no one in the waiting area was watching it. It would be much nicer to just be able to hear the overhead music. Also, it’s nice having the coffee machine and water, but I miss the vending machine.Lisa, thank you for your continued business for the past many years. We appreciate your trust in our service team, and value your feedback on the updates we've made in our lounge. Your comments have been passed to our management team with regards to our focus on continuous improvement.

Yearly inspection

He reviewed my car information and informed me of Hyundai recommended services at 15,000 miles (fule injector cleaning, cabin and engine filter replacements) while clearly relaying that they were… recommended and not required and allowed me to choose which, if any, to have done. Service was fast and was followed by a complimentary carwash. Great experience overall.Matt, thank you for your trust in our service team!
