    Brought my recent purchase (Ford F150 FX4) for scheduled service. This was only one week after the quick lane had been moved and although there are bugs to work on with any move, the technicians were very friendly and were doing everything to make my experience a good one. I also like the new Cafe it made for a nice place to wait for my service to be completed and enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast.

    My service adviser was Ben Gillaspie. Ben kept me in the loop through all aspects of the service visit. Ben even called me from home to let me know when my car would be complete, he was out sick that day. Power Ford is a top notch service department and I will do all my business with them. Sorry Don Chalmers, you lost good business, your service department and especially your service manager should take note, I've been a customer of Don Chalmers for 20 year, now it's Power Ford!!!!!!

    I came in for a check and oil change on my 2009 Taurus. Was quick and easy. However they did not replace the stems on the tires on the passenger side of car. The drivers side had been replaced.

    The work and staff were great. However, leaving my vehicle at the dealership for a few days before my vehicle was looked at by a tech is a less than stellar experience.

    My sales person Rob was great. There was no pressure and made it easy. Finance manager did a great job of offering me different upgrades and savings.

    I arrived for the works (oil change & Rotate tires etc.)at 7:00 AM. There was 4 or 5 other people ahead of me and I was interviewed by a service tech within 5 minutes. Once my Mustang was handed over to the crew, I went and sat in the lounge area. About an hour later my car was pulled up to be handed back to me. The service tech and the Adviser were both professional and curtieous to me. It was a pleasure to do business with Power Ford.

    We purchased a 2014 Focus, we really enjoyed our car buying experience. The staff was very helpful and considerate. We will certainly come here first for our next car.

    I brought my 2013 F150 Limited in for a 25000 mile checkup on 6/22. The service guys were great. Did a good job of going over the necessary checks and gave me a complete report along with a suggested repair. The only concern I had was that I had made an appointment for 11 a.m. When I got there about 10 til, I was told that they couldn't get me in for about 1 1/2 hours. I told them I had an appointment and was told that that didn't necessarily mean that I would get in at 11. They put me in the queue and said I could go ahead and run any errands and they'd call me when my turn was getting close. Which they did. My question is what are the appointment times for, then? Thanks.

    Everyone was extremely friendly and ready to help with anything we might need. James Frey was our salesperson and was so easy to work with. Will definitely recommend the dealership and James in particular to anyone interested in buying.

    I bought a Ford Fusion. The staff at Power Ford was excellent, showed me exactly what I asked for and then the process was timely and to the pint around the cost and buying. Very flexible and met my family's needs.

    My one concern is that I had booked my service appointment and even received an email reminder of the appointment, yet when I brought the vehicle in (on time), there was no record of my appointment. My car was not even brought into the bay until 3pm. While my representative, Crystal, was very nice, it was difficult to get a call from her - I ended up having to continuously follow up over the 3 days my car was in for service.

    Customer service was great. Every time I take my vehicle to the shop, it is an ordeal. The work is always exceptional but it takes so damn long to get my truck back. Even regular maintenance is painful. So for a new battery it takes over two days to get my truck. I don't know what else to say it has been that way since 2008, that is when I bought my first truck there.

    Omar Nimer was outstanding we showed up late on sunday after they had closed and he said he had no problem staying and walking with us to see what we were interested in. He said he could not do any paperwork of course due to the late hour but nonetheless he stayed about an hour to answer any questions we had. He said to please come back the following day and he said he would do whatever it took to get us in a vehicle we liked. He has continued to patiently answer any questions we have had since our purchase and made us feel like he will always be on hand for any other issues.
