Purchase of 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe

Jeremy Richards visited with me and showed me the features of the Santa Fe. First was looking for the Hybrid but as they are in short supply looked at the gas model. Test drove a Santa Fe Calligraphy and was impressed with its features . I subsequently decided to purchase the gas model Santa Fe Calligraphy. Went back to the dealership to see what vehicles were avaiable. We look at all the vehicles then Jeremy spotted some in another area of the lot. There the last in the line was the perfect color combination.. Jeremy helped set up our keys and profiles and explained many of the features. He was a big help. Made the process pleasant.

  • 2nd car experience not as good as our first.

    We bought a 2018 Tuscon from this facility last year and had a wonderful experience with Sam. Of course we came back when I needed a new car. I wanted something used but low miles but got talked into a 2019 Sonata brand new. During the sale something things were mentioned that did not occur as they were presented and after a month and multiple trips to their parts department my car is finally done. Multiple trips for documents, wrong information on trade in and payment on my old vehicle, parts department does not do seat covers, nor help with installation (told different at time of purchase) waiting for hours for shuttle guy when they tinted windows, had to fix my tint and have been dealing with it since we bought the car. It has not been great. Could not give a higher review. We like the service department and guys who work there and control that department have been good. That is why they got 3 stars and not lower.     I brought my recently purchased 2019 Santa Fe in to the dealership to address a malfunction in the clock/radio. The issue could not be fixed, so a new radio has been ordered, & will be installed under warranty. I also just had the windshield replaced, & the windshield was re-calibrated. The courtesy shuttle service transported me back & forth so I didn't have to sit, & wait for the service. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, & courteous.

    We went into Southwest Hyundai upside down on a car that wasn’t worth it. David and dedication to help Us was beyond amazing. He keep my husband and I guided through the whole process. I did want a suv but he knew at the time we needed something with the best incentives to eat up of negative equity. I have to say I’m so impressed by the knowledge he has and the effort he puts in to give his customers what’s best for them. I absolutely love my new Hyundai and couldn’t be happier 😊.     I walked into the dealership planning to check out a couple of vehicles and go home. I had been given the name of a salesman---Nick. Nick showed me a car that I thought I might like. We test drove it and it was beautiful and drove extremely nice but it didn't feel like "my" car. We looked at some SUV's as that is type of vehicle I have driven for many years. I found one that I really liked and felt comfortable in. After testing driving it, Nick and I went inside and started looking at numbers. I appreciated the fact that no one pushed or pressured me to purchase the vehicle. We arrived at a number that was satisfactory to me. With no intentions of purchasing a car so soon, I drove home with a vehicle that I continue to be thrilled with. Every person I had an interaction with at the dealership was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could not have asked or expected a better interaction with Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai Albuquerque!!

    I wrote an in depth review about my experiences at the dealerships and apparently Edmunds didn't accept it. I'll keep it short and try again. A lot of smoke and mirrors from the sales man and GM. Basically, I was sold a car I didn't want and at a price that was not the one agreed upon (we shook on it) in the parking lot. There were also some bald faced lies in the show room seemingly designed to keep me there instead of coming back to work with the first young salesman that I liked. I am a single, older woman of color and my experience with the Hyundai dealerships has once again left me skeptical that any of these sales people care about the consumer's interests. Bottom line....Buyer Beware! It's always about their profits and commissions.

    Got my car back and two days later starter goes out. Mike West took care of us. Had car towed in and they paid for it because it was part of a previous problem and put me in a rental car because I had doctor appointments to get to. And Mike West told us it could take a couple of days because he had to order the starter but he got one in and replaced it within 3 hours!!! And when my wife called him to tell him that our car was broken down she wasn’t very nice but Mike West stayed calm and professional and took care of us

    I wanted to give 1 star but site wouldn't let me. I had to go back to dealership to sign paperwork 3 different times, I live 80 miles from dealership. I was lied to by finance manager and sales manager, just overall a horrible experience, will never deal with them again and would recommend this place to anyone.

    The 3 oil change package is a good deal. This time took a bit longer than anticipated, almost 2 hours! They were busy, but one would think that the person scheduling would have an estimate of what needed to be done and amount of time required and schedule accordingly. Appointments should be given preference to walk ins. I do like the complimentary car wash, which adds an additional half hour. One thing I did not like is the technician set the reminder on the car. I don’t use that feature because it came up that the car needed to be serviced when I was driving home at 1 am. Startled me. The window sticker is sufficient.

    I brought my car in for oil change. The last time I went there was 3 months ago and they told me that my car needed 4 things that needed to be repaired or check out. Last Saturday, I went in to and asked them to do those 4 things because the receptionist did not entered what I wanted. The auto services was willing to do three things because If doing 4 things, it’ll take all day and I was going to wait for my car to be fixed. They had me driven to Taco Bell and after I was done, they called Uber! They were done about an hour later. I am pleased with their services.

    Thank you so much for the service Larry Miller has provided to our family. My car had to be towed to the dealership on January 2020. Several issues were encountered including changing out the battery. Gerard assisted in the service. He made all the arrangements to have the car serviced. He kept me informed throughout the 2 day including the weekend. He was kind, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and did not speak above my head. After each discussion, I felt and know that I learned several things about the issues my car was having. He is wonderful and I thank him for helping me out.

    I came to Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai by chance and left with a new car and complete satisfaction. I have negotiated a price for a light-colored Santa Fe with another Hyundai dealer in town. After I drove 4 hours to Albuquerque, the other dealer raised the price and told me they only had black cars. We went to Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai and they found a light-colored car and matched the price. The process was professional and straight forward. Very good purchase experience overall.

    Shawn is an excellent Service Adviser and always gives an honest assessment of what is needed at the time for my vehicle. Does not try to sell you anything extra or unnecessary.     Took my car in for 90,000 miles service and was expecting to spend $400+. Josh Ervin was my service coordinator and he explained what was needed now and what could be postponed a few months to accommodate my budget. Never really heard that before when usually you’re pressured into the whole service package! I’ll be back in April and highly recommend SW Hyundai service dept!! Thanks Josh!!
