Purchase of 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe

Jeremy Richards visited with me and showed me the features of the Santa Fe. First was looking for the Hybrid but as they are in short supply looked at the gas model. Test drove a Santa Fe Calligraphy and was impressed with its features . I subsequently decided to purchase the gas model Santa Fe Calligraphy. Went back to the dealership to see what vehicles were avaiable. We look at all the vehicles then Jeremy spotted some in another area of the lot. There the last in the line was the perfect color combination.. Jeremy helped set up our keys and profiles and explained many of the features. He was a big help. Made the process pleasant.

    I really appreciated their services. I made an appt for another maintenance in a couple of weeks. Who I am most appreciated was one of the customer service's patience with me. I am deaf and because of requirement to wear masks during COVID crisis, he was willing to write notes and tried to talk without his mask as long as we were 6 feet apart.

    Very satisfied with our first service at Hyundai for our new car.     Great customer services. The "tire" indicator came on in my care at 9am, I took my car to the service department at 9:15am. They determined there was a nail in the tire and replaced it and my car was delivered to my office at 1pm. My only negative was the cost of the new tire - it was more than the last time.

    I was interested in getting a new car and had a trade-in to use as the down payment. Samuel W. was straight forward with my options and provided clear information by being the liaison between the other departments. Samuel was very helpful in answering my questions about the inventory. He even drove the car to my house so I can test it since we can't go out. He was very professional during the transaction and drove back with the paperwork for me to sign. I will be recommending him and his store to family and friends that are shopping for a vehicle. Southwest Hyundai are a real team that work together for their clients.

    We recently purchased a 2020 Hyundai, although the salesperson was friendly, know about the car we wanted to buy, the process to purchase the car took way too long; the dealership should have more then one finance person dealing with the loans. We came in the morning to look at a car and we didn't leave until late afternoon.
