2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy

onIt has been almost 10 yrs since I have purchased a new car. I really liked the look of the new Santa Fe, especially the calligraphy trim. I kept checking the website to see if our local dealership was going to receive one. A few days later, I get an email from the NEW GM stating they want to buy my 2015 Santa Fe. I responded back with what it would take to make that happen and was corresponding with a sales person until she stopped emailing back. I continued to check the website to see when the car was expected. Drove by the evening of delivery to see if I could just get a peek at it, it was no where in sight. My husband drove over to the dealership the next morning and asked to see it. He found it in the detail bay being washed and cleaned after coming off the truck. He FaceTimed me to show me the color of the interior and said "If you want it, get down here." Here is where my five star rating begins. Found out that the initial person I was talking to left. She never forwarded my information to anyone. That being said, Jaclyn Duran, the new GM Shawn Black and the finance person Danny, stepped up and took excellent care of us from start to finish. The new GM Shawn Black was amazing. They all made sure we had our questions answered and our concerns addressed with a smile. They treated us like family. Even when the sale was final and I had keys in hand and drove off the lot, I had to bring the car back to have something looked at under the hood. Shawn met us outside as we pulled back into the lot, drove my car to the service department and had his service team double check everything. Then he had them clean the car again before we left. Not once did we feel like a bother and were thanked by everyone for bringing the car back in to have it looked at. I absolutely love my new car. I can't find anything to complain about with the car or the experience of buying it. I have peace of mind that if and when I need to take my car in for any reason, I will be met with a smile and provided the best customer service. Thank you Shawn for having an AWESOME team.

onThe lomas location always does an exceptional job. I live 5 minutes from the coors location but I'd rather commute than do business with coors. The entire team at Lomas performs well. They respect eachother & the customers.

onEveryone was so welcoming, Luke was my seller he really made sure of what I wanted and listened to my needs. Kristian Haagenson really stood out, so generous, and funny. Elvis was so courteous and really did everything to make sure I was pleased with the price, car as did Kristian. The environment is nice and peaceful. The parts departments has lots to offer. I also did my first oil change on 1/08/21 and it was very quick, the service advisor was very kind and to the point. It’s really an awesome dealership!

onEveryone is very helpful and very professional. I have bought seven cars over 25 years and all but one have been superior and that one was handled immediately. People keep calling me and telling my service warranty of 10 years or 100,000 miles has ended. I've only had the car for 1 year. Is this from you?

onVery professional staff! They told me how long this may take and also if I might need to return if a part had to be ordered. The most impressive part came when I went to retrieve my vehicle. The service department was VERY busy. One of the counter workers was on the phone explaining to someone what had been done to their vehicle and closely listening to their concerns. The other agent was obviously trying very hard to take care of the line that was building up. No one in line was concerned, as they saw both people doing their jobs to the best of their ability under the circumstances. It was obvious that the person on the other end of that phone line was concerned or confused and seemed to be taking up a lot of the agent's time. He was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. Exactly what the customer on the phone needed at that time. The other agent was watching the line of customers grow, and seemed concerned, but did not panic, just continued to do his job also very politely, courteously, and professionally. When it was my turn, he was apologetic about the wait, however, I want to stress that both agents were exemplary in handling the situation before them. Many kudos to those guys!!! THIS is the way customer service should be handled at all time, every day!!!! Great job!

Great Service for old Warranty Extension/Recall

onI appreciated how well informed Jared was regarding my steering column and letting me know about the deadline for the 10 year warranty. I made it with days to spare and the car is in great shape again. Also, we ended up with a snowstorm and I was able to leave my car safely for a few days. Thank You!
