by BiancaS on 02/04/2019We've all had more than our fair share of negative experiences with getting mechanical services for our cars. I can't say how delighted I am that I have had such a positive experience. I brought my 2006 Hyundai Accent in because of several⦠problems that I assumed would be more challenging for a non-dealership mechanic to deal with. Joshua Ervin- the service adviser who was assigned to me- was super helpful. It turned out that two of the parts that had to be replaced were no longer available. He gave me the part numbers so I could look on sites like eBay. The precise part numbers were not available anywhere, but there were parts that said they were for my make and model of car so I ordered them. When I returned for service one of the parts was not a fit. Josh could tell I was out of my element so he said that while they installed the other parts (one I ordered and one from the dealership) he would look up some links and make some calls. He went above and beyond to locate the part from a third party vendor for me. When I returned he had made the arrangements and even had my car washed! Also, while my car had been in I had inquired about some strange sounds in one wheel well. After looking into it the mechanic informed him that it was just making some noises because the car was old and that it did not warrant digging into it at this time. It felt really great to have a mechanic/service adviser advise me against unnecessary work. Most of my time, as a woman, I have a lot of anxiety about trying to figure out what work is really necessary vs. when a mechanic is trying to sell me extra maintenance. I feel like I can trust these guys to know what is necessary and be honest with me. Also, the shuttle driver, Jose, could not have been more pleasant. I will absolutely be returning there for future service. I was so pleasantly surprised and felt like they went the extra mile for me.Hello Bianca! I felt like none of them really cared too much about what I was asking for what I wanted and just⦠kept trying to push me into buying something. So being the last dealership I visited the Hyundai on Lomas I was already kind of irked feeling like it was going to be a wasted trip. helped me was amazing he was very professional as well as really took the time to listen to what I wanted and said of just trying to push me into buying something. In the end I was able to purchase a vehicle I love at the price I wanted and they really went out of the way to make me unhappy customer and make sure I got everything that was promised and then some! This was definitely the easiest most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had in my 35 years of life! I highly recommend them.We were so happy that you decided to stop by and see us. My new Ioniq

I feel that I made the right choice. This vehicle is my 5th Hyundai and⦠my 2nd Hyundai from Southwest Hyundai. I would recommend L.H.M. to anyone looking for a car. Best Car Buying Experience We Have Ever Had
by DanandLo on 01/01/2019We went in to look for a second car. We were interested in the Hyundai Kona. When we pulled into the lot we were instantly greeted by Raul. He is a very enthusiastic young man who didn't complain about the numerous cars we looked at. He⦠pulled them all up with a smile on his face. David, the finance manager, worked very hard to get us the best deal possible, and Mike Hart crunched the numbers over and over again to get us to a payment we could afford while still getting us into a car we wanted. They stayed far past closing, and really worked hard to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We were going to leave a few times because the monthly payment wasn't where we needed it to be, but rather than let us walk out the door, they worked with us tirelessly. Sadly disappointed

I would like to purchase another vehicle, I have purchased 2, but the lack of follow thru for something that⦠could easily be taken care of prevents me. Good with the not so good

This time, my brand new Ionic seemed dirtier than when it was⦠brought in for servicing. Don't understand the difference.
