Disappointed
by Butterfly on 08/25/2018I stood at the counter in the service department for about 5 minutes no one acknowledge me, compare to before I would go in and someone greets you and they are ready to help you. I almost left but a very nice Lady approached me and told me… that this gentleman will help you and please have a sit have some refreshments and when they are done they will call you. She needs to be acknowledge for stepping up while everyone else just sat back in their chairs and being rudeExcellent

I have had so many issues with this car and every time I go to the dealership the customer service is horrible and expensive. The… employees stand and the front and talk while people wait to be helped. I tried to contact the service office to ask a question about my appointment and the lady who answered was very rude. I understand people may have "stupid" questions but be friendly and provide exceptional customer service.I Love My New KONA!

I had the good fortune to work with SK who actually listened to my specific needs and wants. It was a… 100 degree day, and he had me sit inside so he could cool the car down and bring it up to where I was! I have a problem with my neck, and he was able to come up with 3 cars that actually fit me and felt good. The hard part was making a choice. When the manager Rey presented the pricing, l was amazed at the discounts and how much he offered me for my car. Fara, the customer service coordinator, was really helpful in getting the car set up with my phone and Blue Link. I ended up with a better car than I ever imagined! Love My New Kona!
by Barnabas56 on 07/30/2018After dealing with dismissive sales people at 2 other dealerships, I walked into SW Hyundai and had the good fortune of working with SK. He listened to the specifics of what I was looking for including good lumbar support and a headrest… that didn't push my head forward. I have neck problems and most new cars are painful to sit in for very long. It was 100 degrees out that day. SK offered me water and went out to get 3 different cars for me to try. He cooled them down and brought them to me! They all felt good and were fun to drive. The hard part was making a decision. I did not feel pressured and was given time to do more test drives and think about it overnight. When Rey, the sales manager, presented the pricing to my husband and me, it was more than fair including the price for our trade-in. Fara set up my Blue Link and phone in the car; since I am technology challenged, I really appreciated that. The Kona has lots of safety features, good visibility and is very responsive. I am thrilled with my new car!Never been thru this with Hyundai

And you guys did not give me the top dollar on my car I traded in and I am still having to fork out money cause of this. I could of picked up a felony… cause the paperwork was not right.I am having to go back and forth to court out of town and is costing me 175 dollars every time I have court to fix it to show the paperwork is fixed now and it was your fault. I want to talk to the gm. All I buy is Hyundai and this has been the worst yet. The vehicle is amazing but all the stuff I had to go thru was not worth the 6200.00 I had to put up someone needs to compensate me for all these troubles.plus the paper work has not got to me either. This is the 2nd time I have tried to get my plates and nothing. No paperwork. So if your not going to send me the paperwork pay fit my plates and I'll use my old plate from my Old Hyundai why is the ball keep on getting dropped on my sale of this car. The more I think about this how you have done me the more upset I get cause you guys have taken full advantage of me and keep on trying to pacifie me with telling me what you think I want to hear. None of this would of happened if the paper work was right the first time. The deal on my warranty are not right. I got my car services the Friday and had to still pay for service on my car. My car is only a month Old and is under warrantyour from head to toe. I love my car but I am disappointed on this. I would like to talk to the general manager [contact info removed]. Ms. Beedle contacted me and asked me to change my review and give them another chance and she would give me a year of oil changes . Southwest spent… several days diagnosing the failed part(s) and ordering their delivery ASAP. Shawn Osborn, SW Customer service representative did an excellent job of keeping us informed of what they were doing to resolve the problem.
