  • Stellar Sales People Sucky Service Crew

    Larry H. Miller CJDR Albuquerque has stellar sales crew, but the service crew is a different story. Mind you, I bought two Jeep Wranglers almost at a space of 30 days in August and September last year, the 2020 2 Door Jeep Wrangler Sport for my partner and a 2019 2 Door Wrangler Sport for myself, but the 2020 Wrangler Sport is exhibiting problems like 2 out of 3 times when you start the car it will not start and the panel will display a warning light to bring it to the dealership for inspection. Yesterday we were riding the car and the engine died in the middle of the street and Cruise Control won't work.... reason I am doing this review, hoping they will read this and will reach out to me. My partner brought the Jeep to the dealership, the service crew was not friendly and it seems like they are being inconvenienced by my partner's visit. They told him it was a glitch in the computer system, which they did not offer to fix. To this day, it is still a problem and they have not offered any solutions. Saturday, I brought the 2019 Wrangler for scheduled oil change, was standing there for over 5 minutes, service people were standing doing nothing but never bothered to ask me if I need any help until I yelled I need help. You would think they will be nicer but no, they were not. I hope Chrysler will read this review, and reach out to me so that I can find solution to that lemon of Jeep Wrangler 2020 I bought. Buy Japanese, or even Korean, my trade in was a RAV4, and I regret changing brands. Nice people at Toyota, other way around at Jeep.

    I feel that my service rep Trent went over and beyond expectations, to ensure my requests for service were 100% satisfactory. He not only took the time to listen to my vehicle needs in a patient and attentive way but explained the work that would be performed in detail for me to understand, as well as explaining information regarding fees. Best of all he took the time to correct a scheduling issue by addressing it to his service manager to ensure I would be compensated for the error made by their Chevrolet location. Which his manager understood and had no problem in correcting. I truly appreciate Trent Paisley's at Larry H Miller Dodge for his professionalism and dedication and Larry H Miller for standing by their word in providing GREAT Customer Service, especially during the difficult times we are all currently living!     Requested a standard service appointment (oil & filter change) online. Appointment made easily & drop off & pick-up were uneventful. Took a few hours longer than I think it should have, but I wasn't in a hurry and dropped off and left. On the downside, while I was waiting for it to finish, got a request for approval of "additional services" (including cabin/air filter replacements, tire rotations, etc.) for a whopping $800. No a fan of sticker shock nor of bait & switch, so I declined those...other than that, it was fine.

  • Held hostage!

    I went in for a oil change with an appointment, but had only driven a few hundred miles since March visit due to working from home. I did my 30k early in March. I felt overcharged and curious in March. First time there since my original dealership. 2nd time they wanted extra work/repairs for a Jeep barely driven. A scheduled oil change took 3 hours!!!!! Car was boxed in and unable to access when completed. Was it b/c we didn’t agree to unnecessary repairs???? I’ve never had such poor service, let alone trust! Boo!

    Had to have my Jeep serviced for a recall on the fuel pump relay. I dropped off a little early with Howard. He was really friendly and very proficient with his job. He even mentioned the new texting system to know when my Jeep would be done. I knew it would take a little while to get fixed and was right. Took about 2 hours, which is what I expected. Got back and didn't have to wait long. Howard explained what they did to fix the issue and I was on my way.

    Had a simple recall to be done. Asked me to come in 2 hours earlier than first scheduled. Arrived at 11:30am Jeep sat 1.5 hours outside. Finally finished at 6pm. Also services done that was not requested.

    On January 2, my Jeep was taken in for service. To my serprise, the service was not to be covered under warranty even though the extended warranty was purchased with Mr Hill advising us the Jeep would be covered "Bumper to Bumper." I understand the parts (bulbs) are to be purchased by me. That is not the issue. The work should be covered under the warranty Mr Hill sold us. The trickery, deceit, and insufficiency by the dealership is very poor business, not to mention the false statements and actions taken by LHM.

  • New vehicle purchase

    The purchase was excruciating. I was told it would take an hour. I was there for 3 hours. The left side mirror was warped. Prior to leaving I was asked to go to the service department and they would take care of mirror. That was another hour then they asked me to come back another day. They indicated I would be in and out quickly. I was there for 3.5 hours and still didn’t get the mirror fixed. I had solutions however that’s not they way they do things. I still don’t have the mirror fixed. I was told not to leap the truck out in the rain because water will get in the door. It looks like I’m going have to order the mirrors myself and install them. They did everything they could to sell the vehicle and that’s it. There’s also paper work I’ve asked for and never received i.e. the actual sticker cost. Never again
