Great Experience

With stock so low, the sales team and GSM could have easily walked away from my negotiations on a 2021 Rubicon Gladiator ( just like many other dealerships did)…yet to my… surprise they chose to make my deal work. I would definitely recommend from sales perspective, and after meeting the lead maintenance supervisor, I am excited to work with them for years to come.Thank you for taking the time to review us! They recommend unnecessary services
by TomD on 05/29/2021Brought my vehicle in for scheduled service and to address a recall issue. - They had over-booked their appointments, took 3 1/2 hrs for 1 1/2 hr estimated completion. My service advisor provided a recommended service checklist of items… that needed attention. 1. Tune-up - change spark plugs $183.80 Car had 55k on it: Jeep maintenance manual recommends service @ 100k for this procedure. 2. Replace cabin filter: $66.25 had it done @ Pep Boys for $39.00 3. Balance tires, front/back wheel alignment $177.95 Assessment did not mention wear or remaining life of my tires. I knew I had perhaps another 2k miles max left on them. Purchased new tires elsewhere: price for install, balancing & wheel alignment under $100. - It cost me $134.00 to have my vehicle serviced at another servicing location. The total amount recommended by LHM: $493.82 - This dealership also devalued a trade-in quote for my vehicle because it needed new brakes. Had my breaks inspected at another dealership and was told they should last another 40k miles! - Never having my vehicle serviced at LHM again. Not honest people.Tom, thank you for reaching out. Not honorable
by Tom F on 05/29/2021I purchased my Jeep from this dealership 6 years ago and had the vehicle serviced regularly by them. Last week, I looked into purchasing a Latitude plus 4x4. Got an excellent trade-in quote by them for my current Jeep. When it came time to… put it all in writing, they devalued my vehicle by $3500, claiming it had major cosmetic flaws (1 door ding and scratches on my tailgate), needed new brakes (not so, had them checked), new tires (yes). They also would not honor appx $2100 in sales incentives on the vehicle I wanted, claiming their “generous” trade in value voided that incentive. That’s false. - LHM & Chrysler/Jeep has lost my business. Just not decent, honorable people.Tom, thank you for reaching out in regards to your experience. broken promises
by Issac moya on 05/18/2021the guy was cool and gave me a good deal but je promised me a free tint job if i did a review and they would call me. i did the review and they never called me. when i went to the dealership for an oil change they told me they never got my… review and that they never give out free tint jobs.Excellent buying experience!
