Bought a used 2500
by Jaden on 11/16/2019Sales person Kevin was great and made the buying and trading my vehicle painless. I really don’t like how they don’t give you a full tank of gas/def or floor mats when it’s a used vehicle. Especially when this used vehicle cost more then… some of their new vehicles. I also woke up to find oil marks on my driveway, I really hope it’s just residual from changing the oil. Because of these minor disappointments the dealership just lost my business of purchasing another vehicle for my wife this month. I hope things get better from this point forward because I love the truck.2020 Gladiator Rubicon

Recent oil change. Very Dissaappointing

I was there over 90 minutes, my car was Not run thru the car wash and air was put in Only two… tires!!! Subsequently I had to return to LHM to have them check the pressure in all Four tires. Signed. Worst Service Shop
by Ash_Wrath on 06/08/2018Worst service shop I've ever been to, I went in brought a new transmission, Tim never called and went on vacation so my car sat there. A month later my car started shutting off while driving so I took it back. Tim said what the… possibilities could be, but I just got my car out the service and took it to someone else. My engine light came on code read transmission so the guy at the shop i took it to suggested to take it back to the dealership since my transmission is covered under warranty. I specifically asked that Tim and Sal didn't work on my car but of course the next day I get a call from Tim saying he's working on my car. The following afternoon I went into the dealership, dont remember the lady's name but shes the 1st desk next to Tim's area, but when i asked her why Tim was working on my car she just laughed and said that's the only person they had available. Tim called saying he saw that my car shuts off but the engine light would only stay on 3 seconds so he couldnt get any code from it. The code stayed on for a day in a half from when I took it to them, so how could he not read it. My car sat there for two months because Tim of course, took another vacation just to tell me he didn't know what was wrong with it. A big run around, waste of time! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!Great service, Fast and quality Repair!!
