Accessory install had unknown costs because of COVID
by WL on 06/14/2020I had a hitch installed on my ā18 Durango at LHM Dodge. I furnished the parts (all OEM) and they installed them. Total labor was 3-4hrs. I dropped my truck off but had to Uber home as the shuttle service isnāt running due to COVIDā¦ restrictions. The Uber cost me $20 each way, so on top of the installation, I paid for the ride to and from the dealer. The would not comp it as they wanted me to wait for my truck. For nearly 4 hours. This is the 1st time Iāve not had a 100%positive experience there, and over the years Iāve purchased 3 new vehicles there to include all service for them. I understand safety is the priority, but the Uber should be comped as asking a customer to wait for nearly 4 hours is unrealistic. I would still recommend LHM, but the new COVID concerns have made it necessary to revisit sone aspects of customer care.Excellent service

When I picked my vehicle up I was charged for the maintenance that should have been covered. Clearly this dealership will say anything to get peopleā¦ in the door. This is the 2nd time Iāve been mislead at this dealership. I would never recommend them to anyone for sales or service.Great People and Great Cars
