    After so many months of incorrect diagnoses from other repair places, LHM was able to service my vehicle correctly and in a timely manner! Thx ti Velvet Farra, my consult, she was so amazing and informative to exactly what was going on! I… knew i could immediately trust her! She gave me the confidence to move forward with your tech team and was very supportive! I cant thank her enough! Ty so much for all your help and most importantly honesty!

  • Service was good, but....

    I dropped my vehicle off at 3pm. By noon the next day no one had called to give me an update. Between noon and 5 I called 5 times and never got a response. Finally, Howard called and explained the issues and apologized for not calling. It… was not his account to start with. After getting home I realized that whoever worked on my car for white deodorant on my brand new black cloth seats. It won’t come out. Aside from that it was fine.

    Went in for a tire repair and other service was originally quoted over $100 but when all work was completed had a charge of $34. The service tech Daniel was very helpful, efficient and informative. Great customer service from the whole… service center staff. I will definitely be back for any other vehicle repair.

  • Oil change

    Staff would not use masks. Kept coming up to me with no mask. Getting in and out of my car with no mask. Said it would take two hours for an oil change with an appointment. It took 6 hours and 43 minutes. Then the engine light was on. Oil… spilled from filling smelling up the van. Would never go back.

  • Dissatisfied / disorganized

    I have taken my car in 2 sperate times and the issue with my car still has not been fixed. Instead they have sold me 3 oil changes and I had to pay $200 a decuctable for them to take a look at my car. My check engine light was on, my car… didn't want to turn on,& I have a bad rattling sound underneath. They replaced a exhaust valve and told me to return when I had no gas so they can complete a flush.?? The tank was less than a quarter tank Wich made no sense. I was rushed to pick up my car. I was dismissed like a dead chicken on the side of the road. The other issues still not fixed. This is supposed to be a certified technician working on my car and they do not know what is wronged with it?? so now I have to go back somewhere and pay another $200, wait all day even though I had an appointment at 8am. And still have issues. This is the worst dealership I have ever come across. My car is still having issues not wanting to start, and a loud noise under the car.. I feel so embarrassed to drive it. I never received a call from the advisor about my vehicle.. instead ask my to fill out a perfect survey. I don't think so. Dumbfounded..

    I was looking to downsize from a van, but I wasn't sure what I wanted. We looked at and test drove a few before making a decision. I didn't feel any expectation from Santiago. When I made my choice, they were incredibly fast at getting my… paperwork completed.

  • Bad Service

    Took my Jeep Rubicon in for service. Was told a needed part was on back order 6 to 8 weeks out. I had to call Jeep myself to get the part expedited. Service Rep Brandon was no help at all. Let several messages on his voice mail asking for a… call back. Didn’t return any of my calls. Will be switching dealerships or service. This is the second time I have had problems with the service dept. I have bought 2 new Jeep Rubicons form Larry H Miller. In the future I will be going to a different dealership for both sales and service.

  • Safety Issue

    I had my Jeep Wrangler worked on for an issue with the breaks.Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed immediately when I began driving that the break pedal was very boggy. I turned around and brought it back. Apparently the technician did not… tighten the screws causing a major loss of pressure. I am disappointed that the technician made this error because I could have easily wrecked driving off the lot with defective breaks. I’m very disappointed and believe the technician requires more training and/or quality control of their work to ensure that he does not make another critical safety error as this one. Thankfully I was not involved in an accident otherwise I would pursue legal action against Larry H. Miller. Please ensure that your technicians have adequate training and ensure that a culture of safety exists. Thank you.

  • Never going back for service

    I unfortunately had to have my Jeep towed because a transmission line blew out. The service advisor treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and basically hurried me out of the office-they were not busy. He didn’t even take… down my name or number or write down my concerns. We had to leave the Jeep there and had no idea when and if it would be fixed. I felt I was treated this way because I am female. My husband had to come down and find out what was going on. The service advisor walked away when my husband let him know he was upset for treating me that way. We need up having to get in touch with the general manager to help us. We finally had to file with the better business bureau for help. Finally we were able to get a rental car and have my Jeep fixed. I normally go to Santa Fe Jeep and am never treated like this. I will never recommend my friends or family to purchase vehicles here or use their service department. Especially my female friends.

  • Poor Experience at Service Department

    Took my truck in to have the oil changed and tires rotated this past Friday! Had a 8:45AM appointment. Got there early at around 8:20AM. Waited for over 2 hours and after asking how much longer had to leave and have someone come get me to… make another appointment. Called me 20 after I left to say it was completed. Got back and truck was parked out front with the plastic protective cover from the seat hanging out the door, and dirty plastic floor mats still in my truck. No cleaning or sanitizing done! Also they did not rotate my tires either!! Just bad experience all the way around!
