    Very disappointed in customer service, my vehicle was towed to LHM on 8/28 they stated nothing was wrong, had to take in 9/1 for same problem no response no update till I called 9/4. Very rude advisor stated they were waiting for parts it might take weeks to get them because of pandemic. Stated he would put in a rental vehicle request but wasn't sure when it would be approved because of Labor Day weekend. Called Tuesday 9/8 was told advisor was out sick called 9/9,9/10 and advisor was still out sick and was told they couldn't do anything! Talked to David" he got me a rental in less than 5min. No word from advisor Brandon till 9/24 stating my vehicle was ready with no explanation nor information on my vehicles problem. 9/26 my vehicle left me stranded with my 6 month old baby for the SAME problem. So I really hope my experience is definitely different this time.

  • Unnecessary Wait Time

    Wait time was horrendous!! That's to put it mildly because I waited just over 4 hours to get my oil changed. My appointment was at 2 pm and I had arrived at 1:52 pm. When all was done, I left the dealership at 6:06 pm. Staff was great and even my technician was feeling bad for me, but if you know vehicles or have done an oil change, you know it does NOT take 4 hours!!!

  • Poor Service

    The service technician never ordered my part--I waited three weeks for him to call me back as promised (he requested 7-10 days) and when I called, he lied to me about not hearing back from the parts department. I had to call several times. Eventually I called the parts department (who was in fact very easy to get ahold of) and learned he hadn't even ordered it. A month later, I got that problem fixed, but another problem goes unresolved. I would recommend finding a repair shop that wants to do work.

    Good effort by service personnel in spite of my driving in with a battery issue and having not made an appointment; they dove right into the project right away and got it done as quickly as possible.

    It took days calling to get through to make an appointment, I had to call sales and the nice gentleman took my number and had someone call me back, who then alerted the receptionist to answer the phone, not a pleasant experience. She said it would be 2 to 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment, which is ridiculous. So I just went in and sat for 2 1/2 hours.

    The guy checking me in told me it would be 2 hours.. i get it, covid, whatever.. 4 hours later I left. I specifically asked that they rotate in my spare and removed my bike rack in their bay so they could do so and they didn't. Everyone is nice enough I always went there for the 3 change deal because I thought the wash and tire rotation made it worth it. I wont return. They didn't wash it and they didn't put my spare in the rotation.. pretty dissapointed with my 4 hour oil. Not to mention it always takes forever, even before covid. It was my last of the 3 oil changes. Thank goodness.

    The vehicle was brought in for an oil change. Upon completion of the job, I picked up the vehicle and little dialogue with the service advisor. An email of the service performed was sent to me. Oh well, so so service gets a so so rating.

    I had an appointment scheduled for 10am to have an oil change. The first person i encountered said i didn't have any more of the oil changes left that came as part of my new jeep purchase. I reminded him that i still had three oil changes left and he needed to look again. He did find them and i proceeded inside to wait. After being there 2 1/2 hours, i asked if my vehicle would be ready soon. The service person ran to look and said "they're working on your vehicle right now, it should be ready in a few minutes". I still waited another 45 minutes before it was finished. What is the point of an appointment?

    My Sales Associate, Monica Jaramillo was very professional and quick to respond to all of my questions. I was very pleasured with my overall experience. This was the first new car I had purchased in New Mexico and while different from all of my NY experiences, Monica made it a breeze. I would highly recommend dealing with her.

  • 6 hour oil change as usual

    As expected, my simple oil change and alignment took 6 hours. My appointment was at 9am and I dropped my jeep off at 8:45am. It wasn't done until 1:30pm and they knew I was waiting because I live in the country. Since I know the services always take this long I brought my laptop so I could watch movies and camp out but it's honestly ridiculous that an oil change should ever take this long. And for a small side note, this is just about the only time that there wasn't some huuuuge foul up, or attempt to charge me for things that they already were supposed to have fixed but didnt, or some other attempts at unsavory practices, both from the services and sales departments. Make sure you know your stuff when dealing with these people.

    I went in for a scheduled oil change. I sat there for 2.5 hours despite the appt. There were mostly elderly customers. More than half of the employees that I saw were not wearing masks, even when speaking, closely, to these elderly people. 2.5 hour wait plus a lack of Covid precaution=a feeling of being very uncomfortable. May not go back.

    I worked with an excellent service liaison at the Jeep dealer. I think his name was Howard Courtney. Very attentive. Kept me informed throughout the day. Also the service tech fixed the door lock and updated the radio software as requested. Car was cleaned and in good shape on pickup.

    My overall experience at the Larry Miller Lomas & Wyoming site was very good. My vehicle took @ a month to get fixed and the warranty on my rental ran short on time. I believe the service department could have should have been creative to extend a used vehicle due to the excessive waiting period I was without a vehicle. Something to discuss at the monthly managers meeting moving forward.

    The service has not been all that great and this time it was worse. I made an appointment for an oil change. It took 3.5 hours. I live in Santa Fe so this oil change took me 5 hours. Very bad service.
