    Terrible service. Took my 150 in for 10R80 transmission service which has documented issues, including " Harsh Shifting, Erratic shifting, Gear slippage, clunking, Squawk, Buzzing and repeated service engine lights. Class action law suits and recalls. Service manager said, he didn't know anything about any of the problems and it was a "learning transmission" and it " should be better " I mentioned all of the issues, and his response was. " Call a lawyer "

    This was by far the worst experience I have had in a long time. From start to finish! Horrible customer service! I had to call over and over and over just to get information only to be told I was bothering. I was stranded 300+ miles from home and couldn’t get any straight answers on an estimate on repair parts etc. I was told could be 2 days, 3days, 5 days or even 7! No one knew! So I flew home only to be told the next morning the car would be ready! Never ever again will I use them!

    I took my vehicle in for work with Darren told him the issues my vehicle was having they kept my car for almost three weeks for an oil change and diagnostic when I received my vehicle your idiot of a mechanic said it was a water bottle in my trunk making noise. I let a month pass I called darren back who showed no concern at all for my issue they did not resolve. I took my car to a local shop (el vecinos) they did diagnostic for free and figured out the issue and showed me the center support bearing was trashed. Screw you power ford you guys suck for real I've had nothing but bad service since I bought the vehicle brand new from you guys.

    DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! By far, the most unethical and untruthful dealership in the state of New Mexico. We had a 'rebuild engine installed (covered by Ford's recall for 2018 escape). But less than 5 weeks later, the starter no longer worked. interesting timing I know! They denied all responsibility, and at first they tried to say that there was evidence of rodents in the engine- problem was- we had a new battery installed the day it was towed to them. The car sat untouched for over 10 days when i was contacted by DESTINY NUANES- she tried to say the "mice" were eating the wires.... untrue and we were easily able to inform them that this was not the case and if anything like this did occur, it was while the car was on their lot. Funny thing- she never mentioned it again (CAUGHT YA!). DESTINY then quoted us $1,081 to have a new starter installed- $662 part (expensive) and $439 for labor- overpriced, I know!! But it gets so much worse. DESTINY NUANES tried to tell us we needed a new battery, again, we argued that we purchased a new battery the day it went in.... suddenly they agreed we did not need a new battery (CAUGHT AGAIN!) The car then sat there untouched for over 2 weeks, DESTINY claimed all of their service members quit and literally walked off their lot (interesting, what kind of message does this send??) so after quoting me $1,081, DESTINY refused to send me the quote (WHAT???) so imagine our surprise when the car was ready and suddenly the quote (via phone) was ignored and they DEMANDED payment of $1,472.70!!! If we did not pay, our car would not be returned to us (ILLEGAL) so my son paid. In response, we called over 15 times, DESTINY never returned any calls and never replied to any emails. After calling 5 times, I was finally able to speak to BRENDAN ORTH, supposedly the service manager. Of course, he was shocked (right!) and stated he had no idea what had happened. I had to follow up with him 3 times afterwards because he never returned my calls. Finally today, he stated that because DESTINY did not write out the quote she made to me, he could only go by her WORD! Funny thing, a person, well a dishonest recent HS graduate can and apparently did lie. So because DESTINY is a liar, and she did not send me the quote (I am the registered owner and the only one to approve this)- she just thought she could lie her way around this. We were LIED TO, taken advantage of. I am not in NM and asked her TWICE to email me the quote, she did not. This is theft and we have already filed a complaint with FORD, BBB, and the City of Albuquerque. Do yourself a favor, go to the other Ford dealerships in town. you do NOT have to work with this dealership that have no respect for their customers, are dishonest, and lack any sort of business sense.

    Once again Power Ford has failed in customer service. I was always taught the answer is "yes" what is your question? This needs to be taught to Power Ford associates. I purchased my Ecosport from them in May 2021, over the course of several days I was reviewing error messages about my Powertrain. I took it in today and was told they have to have it several days before they will even look at it. Tanner offered to put me on the "waitlist" for a rental, I let him know I had no other form of transportation and I would just have to camp out. He went into a lecture about me not reading the news that there is a car shortage and that included rental cars. I tried to ask why if they were not going to get to my car until next week why I had to leave it there now? He went on to give me another lecture on that it would be placed in the queue and they had to have it available. When I purchased the vehicle I had questions about all the extra charges. At the time. Matt Sneed told me he would always take care of me, he never returned my voice mail and today when I went looking for him he "was out of the office". At least that was the story I got from the receptionist after she went up to his office. Finally a salesman (I forgot his name) took it upon himself to fix the issue. He was able to get me a loaner car until I am able to get a rental. Why Tanner couldn't do this is beyond me, why Matt Sneed broke his promises to me is also beyond me. Power Ford isn't customer service centric.

    Dishonest service practices…. Proceed at your own risk. Called and asked them how much to perform coolant flush on 2017 F250 power stroke. Was quoted 250 which is an incredible price so made an appt. Took truck in for service and the checked me in and asked again about the price. Once again they said $250. Left dealership and expected it to happen. Get a call 5 min later saying computer is wrong and price will be more around $400 because computer says 3hrs labor to do. I asked them to honor what was agreed too and they refused. Tell them to pull my truck back out and I’ll pick it up. When I get there they continue to apologize about the mistake and try and give me a card for 10% off next service. Lol, like 10% off covers the fact that you just raised the price 50%. It’s one thing to be up front with your pricing but another to quote a low ball price and then refuse to honor it. Very deceptive and dishonest. Use them if your desperate or have no other options.

    I went in for a coolant exchange without appointment and they accepted me. They quickly brought in my vehicle and got to work. Their estimated times was right on point and they were very friendly. I think price was reasonable for service.

    clean comfortable lounge to sit and wait. clean facility, good service flow for the 'quick lane' service done in expeditious manner. entire visit flowed well. Courtesy shuttle service allowed me to complete additional recommended service while still completing my work meeting requirements

    Had a basic idea of what might be wrong, but after the the assurance of your service manager I decided to let the experts do their work,my worries were soon over with when all services were provided in a timely manner and with reasonable cost. The responsiveness of my KIA is back to normal and I feel very confident in the work performed,very happy with everyone associated with service to my KIA>

    We bought the 2014 Focus used at the local Dodge dealership with barely over 50,000 miles on it from Raul. They supposedly did a 124 point inspection, however,did not,somehow, realize there was a problem with the transmission, clutch actually. We immediately noticed it and called, and they arranged for Power Ford to deal with the issue. Ben Gillespie was our contact and he dealt with the situation. He knew exactly what the issue was, as apparently this has been a constant issue with this vehicle, but he had the mechanics do a full diagnostics anyways,just to be sure. The clutch,indeed,was the issue,but the part was back ordered. We did wait quite a long time for the part to come in. Once the part came in, Ben Gillespie was awesome, totally professional, and kept on top of the mechanics to make sure that all was being taken care of. Even though it all took a bit longer than we'd hoped, Ben Gillespie at Power Ford made the entire process fairly stress free. He deserves a raise,or at least a commendation or certificate of excellent customer service. He was great! We would like to thank Ben Gillespie,and Power Ford for taking care of the issue in the manor it was. Thumbs up Ben!! -Sincerely, Lynette Shier and Amarante Montoya.

    I called the service dept with concerns about an oil leak and sluggish shifting in my 2014 Escort. Ben checked the car in immediately and stated that the repairs were likely covered under warranty and gave me a time-frame to expect a call back from him. His call back was timely and he stated that the repairs were under warranty. The oil leak has been repaired and the part for the shifting issue is on order. I am pleased so far.

    I called on my way into town to see if it would be possible to get my oil changed. It was my only day off and I was in a hurry. The wonderful lady on the phone understood and managed to get me scheduled that day. The power ford guys were fast and polite. They got me in and out quickly and did a great job. Thanks PowerFord. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

    I have a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport, Ben spent extra time and attention helping me pinpoint and fix a troubling noise. He had multiple techs look at the issue until it was resolved.

  • Travelling Need for Service

    We were travelling from San Diego to Los Alamos when, in Flagstaff, our battery died (I believe it was a dead cell). After jump starting we made it to Los Alamos with no problems and many engine starts. The car had to be jumped again. We were denied service at Santa Fe and drove to Power Ford who received us after hours to do a battery replacement (this is a Friday over the Memorial Day weekend). The staff assured us and replaced the battery (under warranty) for free in a half hours time
