    Go see Daniel at ABQ Lexus dealer. He was able to assist me with a vehicle I was planning on purchasing. With their schedule booked, Daniel was able to get the service completed and this helped in making my purchase decision. Daniel will find time and a solution to best meet your needs.     I booked this appointment on February 18 with Branden. He understood that we were traveling and were 3000 miles away from our normal Lexus service center in Watertown, MA. He pulled up the service history of the vehicle and recommended an oil change and tire rotation. He had great difficulty scheduling tge appointment for February 20. We needed a loaner and he wound up counseling us to come in on the 20th as things were jammed on the 19th. He assigned a service representative, Robert Estrada to handle the appointment. On the 19th, I tried calling to see whether they could take the car on the 19th. No one answers the phone. The automated message system is a nightmare trying to leave messages for specific people. I spent 60 minutes trying to get through to Branden or Robert Estrada. When I finally got through, I was told to bring the car in, they had plenty of loaners and little service business to interfere. 3 hours later I got the automated service results. They found 7 additional items, of which 5 needed immediate attention. The total estimate had ballooned from $200 to almost $3,500. Phone calls, texts and emails to Robert Estrada went unanswered. I finally called Maria Laskaris of Lexus Watertown, MA and went through the service report and their recommendations. Each recommendation had the phrase "No history". Maria was able to look up the service history of the car and tell me that 6 of the 7 additional recommendations were unnecessary because they had previously been done. While Branden could access the service history, the tech working on the car did not bother to do so. Robert Estrada was tied up all day with an insurance adjuster. I declined 6 of the 7 recommendations and then waited to hear that the car was ready. Same problem. Unanswered calls, texts and emails to Robert Estrada. Finally, Robert called and said the car had been ready but he had been tied up. No provision for sending an automatic. Notice that the car was done. To add insult to injury, I had locked the glove compartment with the valet key which I kept. I found tge replacement cabin air filter on the seat and drove back to our Albuquerque lodging and installed it myself. It may have taken me 5 minutes to do so. It's not clear whether they charged me for labor to install a new cabin air filter I installed myself. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Under difficult conditions of construction and temporary housing, the staff of Lexus Albuquerque were outstanding. Usually I'm covered by Robert Estrada but today Daniel was the best. I also like the video of the inspection. Thanks, I'll be back.

    I assumed the car was looked over with a fine tooth comb. But after traveling home 200 miles. I noticed scratches on the left front fender bumper area. I’m sure they would fix this but————

    I brought my new RX350h in for its first oil change, my second key, and a small repair. I always work with Andrew, who always makes things so easy! I had to get a loaner, as they were keeping my vehicle overnight, and he always pulls my vehicle up to the loaner so I can get all my necessities. Everything went so smoothly…..despite Lexus of Albuquerque being under construction. The dealership couldn’t wash my vehicle, because of the construction, yet they were giving out vouchers for a free car wash… so I appreciate that Lexus of Albuquerque tried to keep things as close to normal as they could.

    I want to start off by saying every time I go to get my car serviced… I always get viewed differently due to how young I look…. I tend to disregard any looks due to the fact that Andrew Padilla is usually always my service representative and he is always extremely sweet and kind always make sure I understand what is going on. Yesterday I contacted Andrew due to a flat on my tire, he told me to bring it right in although he wasn’t going to be the one to check me in he would have someone look after my car and make sure everything went well. I trusted him… and everything seemed to go by smoothly I got my loaner and was on my way. Today I receive a call from Lexus and frankly I don’t even remember the guys name I just remember what he said to me as I asked him “if there was a specific time I needed to drop off the loaner and pick up my car” just to make sure it wasn’t busy or anything. He responds “well we’d like our loaner back” who responds in that manner? I honestly felt disgusted by his response and I hope I never work with that man ever again. I should of just waited for Andrew to get back but due to my flat and needing to be at work and etc… I decided to let Andrew partner me up with someone else. WORST MISTAKE EVER!
