by Mimitoseven on 04/17/2016Tony and Bill made our car search so easy. Their professionalism and customer service was above and beyond expectations! Route 10 Lexus made this pre certified purchase seemless. Mike was so patient and explained all of the cars features… in a very clear and understandable way. He made sure we were completely comfortable with all aspects of our Lexus suv.Brett Kalish from Internet Sales: Lexus of Route 10
by Rosalie63 on 04/12/2016It was a pleasant experience working with Brett Kalish from Internet Sales. My 2014 lease was expiring and after doing all my research, I worked with Brett on getting a great deal. His knowledge of the RX350 was exceptional. I recommend… Brett and .Efficiency and Professionalism
by pleasedpat on 03/31/2016My sales person, Michael Lioi, couldn't have been more accommodating. He listened, returned calls and was always the ultimate professional. Mike Murphy sat with me in my new RX350 and very patiently explained the different assets and how… to operate them. He couldn't have been nicer. Jason, in finance, had all the papers ready to sign and explained clearly what each one represented. A very pleasant experience due to all three men.Great Experience
by Lorybird on 03/19/2016updated 03/29/2016I leased a Lexus CT200h Fsport from Lexus of Route 10. I had purchased my previous Lexuses from a different dealership and there is no comparison. Everything was first class all the way. From the sales consultants to the delivery… specialists to the finance office, the entire experience was amazing. I've found a new (Lexus) home!Positive experience
by idrivelexus1 on 03/20/2016Both my wife and I Have only driven a Lexus over the last fifteen years 9 different cars , all of which have been bought at this dealership and with the same salesperson. The process continues to be a very positive experience. No double… talk, straight and fair pricing, excellent service.Another Great Experience
by MJ_Jersey_42 on 03/02/2016This was our third Lexus lease and the second one from Lexus of Route 10. They far and away proved again why we went back to them for a new lease and why we go their for service. Steven Lapidus was our sales person and Sean Byrne our… Finance person. Both did a great job, were friendly and my favorite, not pushy at all. I have visited a few Lexus dealers over the years and this one is by far the best one. It might be out of the way for some people but it is worth the trip. Fair and good deals, they treat you well, service is excellent and most importantly we do not regret any visits to the dealership, be it sales or service. I highly recommend this place for a Lexus.Excellent experience!
by PointPleasant on 02/06/2016Just came back from buying a wonderful pre-certified Lexus. The experience was very matter of fact: 3 sedans pulled up, we tested all, discussed pros and cons for my needs, gentle, professional and time was allowed for private family… discussions. No pressure, and negotiations are ever so quietly done. A wonderful experience!Fantastic
by rebecca35 on 02/02/2016If you're in the market for a new or used car then Eric is the salesperson to go to. He was very knowledgeable, honest and really listened to my needs. He made the car buying experience painless. I can not say enough good about Eric &… Lexus of Route 10. Nick in the service department is also terrific. He takes customer service to the next level.Christopher Laurenzi/Mike Murphy
by marcus142 on 02/01/2016I emailed Christopher Laurenzi on Friday morning to inquire about an IS300. He promptly responded with my requested information and a quote. He greeted me at the dealership that evening and we went for a test drive during which Christopher… discussed the cars tech features. We discussed the price of the vehicle and quickly came to an agreement. Christopher never came off in a pushy manner and did everything he could to meet me at the price I was willing to pay. I arrived at the dealer on Saturday to pick up the car at 4 and was on my way home by 6. Mike Murphy sat with me in my car and went over every feature of the car and to operate the features.easy purchase
by Jamesfmcd on 01/19/2016Was informed of Lexus of route 10 thru my insurance company (USAA). Contacted Steve Manin (internet sales manager). Steve offered a very competitive price. I drove 67 miles to meet Steve and his colleagues, Nick, Tyler and Sean. All… wonderful and professional people. The entire purchasing experience was painless. It was a pleasure meeting all the fine people at Lexus of Route 10. Purchased a 2106 Lexus RX 350.the most trustworthy and hard working lexus dealer and sales associate
by rossmkurtz on 12/23/2015updated 12/28/2015Carl went above and beyond to help me despite the fact I reside over 2,000 miles away from the dealer and am on the very low end of affording the Lexus I desired. He always promptly answered my phone calls and emails and made me feel… very taken care of. I don't know if I will be able to afford a Lexus this go round, but when we do we know with certainty Carl is honest and easy to work with and he will be the guy we call. Period.Received Red Carpet Treatment @ Lexus Of Route 10!!!
by David5006 on 12/21/2015I was in the market for a pre-owned Lexus LS 460 so upon conducting my research, I found that Lexus of Route 10's vehicles were priced much more competitively than any of the local dealers in Maryland where I live. So on Saturday 12/19 my… wife and I took the long drive to Whippany, NJ. Once on the road we found out that the dealership would be closing at 6PM so I called the salesman Michael Abill who I had been dealing with over the phone. He said he would stay there even after the dealership closed for as long as it took to help me. Previously the receptionist had informed us that we would be arriving too late for a test drive but some how Michael worked that out too. Well...we made it there about 20 minutes to closing. Having 3 friends and family who own Lexus cars, My wife and I had heard about the "Lexus Experience" and dealing with Michael Abill, we now know what that talk is all about. Even though I arrived a few minutes before closing, I was treated like I had arrived in the morning and as if I was purchasing the most expensive car on the lot with cash. This treatment was far superior to any I had received in past purchases at other (non-Lexus) dealerships and now has set the standard for how I wish to be treated going forward (lol). Finally, I selected another car (the sale of the one I wanted was being finalized not long after I arrived), we made a deal on a L Certified LS460, I signed the documents, they took my check did all the necessary things, taught me how to use the gadgets in my new Lexus (there are many), even invited me to call on his cell anytime with ANY questions (up to midnight of course). So...if you want a true luxury car buying experience, not only should you make your way to Lexus of Route 10, you should also request Michael Abill as your sales person. Oh...I was out the door and on the road around 8PM very quick. Thanks so much Michael! D. James (Columbia, MD)Never again
by Samia_04 on 12/18/2015The worse experience buying a new car. The sales person without any personal info just assume you can't afford it just miss judging the customers. I got 2 Audi Q7 went to get a Lexus RX 350 and one the sales persons came and bring with… him some one with more experience to close the deal and the one we the most experience just star acting like he was doing us a favor and said several times that we can't we can afford that car. Was very [non-permissible content removed] in the way he speak and rude. So Be careful is go to Lexus route 10. You need to Look certain way so they can show you some respect as a person.Easier than Pie!
by Rikder66 on 12/13/2015This was by far the best car buying experience ever. To start, I spoke with several other dealers and Chris was the only one that followed up with me. Not once did I feel pressured or hurried. In fact I had a tight schedule they where able… to meet. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. Most enjoyable experience
by jvhenne on 12/12/2015I recently purchased a 2016 NX 200 F Sport. My salesman Mike Lioi was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. Unlike my past experiences with car salespeople, Mike did not pressure my wife and I… and made it a most enjoyable experience. I will be sure to recommend Mike Lioi to anyone I know, who is thinking about buying or leasing a Lexus. I had owned nothing but Hondas since 2002. Mike is a fun guy to buy a car from.unfortunate experience at a great place
by gs350rx350 on 11/20/2015I purchased 2 Lexus vehicles since 2013, prior to that did german, british segments but the cars had to many issues thought I'd give lexus a try so far so good. Recently I went into route 10 based on email conversations with the… internet sales team, Mr Sherif contacted me and wanted to get me in to see a 2012 gx460 for 42000K, he said there were a lot of interested buyers and that we had to react fast, I decided to go into the dealership on my way home to check the vehicle out. Upon meeting the sales rep, I believe he was only interested in making the deal, right away we jumped into pricing and items regarding a potential trade, I told him that I never drove a big lexus suv and commute over an hour into the city, he brings the vehicle over to test drive, I asked how the dvd system works he said the tech would show me that after purchase... I said ok in my head but knew this was going an interesting experience, he took me around the block literally less then 4-5 minutes and directed me back to the dealership. I had mentioned my commute time and being on the highway but it was never offered to get up to speed and actually test the vehicle for commuting conditions, we get back and ask for my vin an insurance and does a quick inspection of my vehicle, he offers a price and says the 42000k is non negotiable, i told him it was too low of trade in offer and I would have to decline, he went back and forth to the service manager at least 3 times finally coming back to an additionally $1000, I declined again and appreciated everyones time. A few days pass and I notice the car had a price drop to 38990, i thought I'd check with Mr. Sherif but was wondering why he didn't reach out first with the price drop, I said I was interested and if my trade offer was still good, he said yes but started at the original offer... I assumed this had to do with the price drop but I said I don't see why we have to go there since I was offered more during negotiations, he bluntly said that was never offered, offended I asked for clarification and he said he never offered that, over $1000 I wondered why he wouldn't just correlate it to the price drop... makes sense right.... he continues and i decide to let him know my concerns with his actions and notify Mr. Mike Bibo who seems to be a manager of the used car division privately through bcc option in email, I let him know my concerns about this treatment and surprisingly he pushes the deal saying there is a lot of activity again on the vehicle, I agreed it was a good deal but that is not all a customer is seeking and that I was really offended by his sales team member, he ignores the email and said to call Mr. Sherif if I wanted to put a deposit. I explained that I was upset and would like to discuss in person and he drops the owners name in a email and said I could see him. Surprised I decided to just wait until I go in and discuss with other associates, overall my previous experience has been excellent, 5 star so I wanted to make sure that if I seen an issue from a place I plan to buy cars again that they maintain the reputation because that can quickly diminish, Mr Bibo did the exact opposite of what we expect from anyone buying in this luxury segment, Mr Sherif used old sales tactics to try to close a deal instead of create a buying experience that makes a customer want to return. I hope route 10 can use this example and future customers can avoid these two men to seek a better experience. I assume service is less then ideal in the used car segment sometimes, but I buy cars vs lease or use an expense right off and prefer to let the first year or so depreciation to give real world pricing... I'm in the market for an italian but the way they treated made me realize that although they picked up maserati they have not picked up the hospitality seen say in south beach in the same market segment... a few bad apples can spoil the bunch, route 10 keep up your transition and ensure your sales team dont slip.Second great experience!
by daytrader on 08/24/2015I have now purchased two cars from this dealer and have had a great experience. Both times I had Michael Lioi and he was honest and accommodating. Our 4th Lexus from Lexus of Rt. 10
by Preppy1953 on 07/31/2015Most people dread walking into a car dealership, usually to be accosted by pushy and obnoxious salespeople. Obviously, if they suffer from anxiety when it it's time to get a car- they haven't been to this dealership. What a classy… place! The ladies who greet you, whether it be on the phone or when you walk into the door, are most polite and courteous! Our salesman, Michael, is a true gentleman. He is honest, helpful and most of all, a pleasure to deal with. Michael has always taken time to explain a vehicle and the equipment, making certain that what we are looking for, both in options and price range, is shown to us. Today, we picked up our 4th car that we have leased from Michael and Lexus of Rt. 10. (Three RX350's and now an IS250) My husband has now joined the Lexus family and couldn't be happier. He was pleased with the price as well as the options on the car which he got. From past experience: The service department is top notch- if I need a loaner car while my car is being serviced, it is not a problem... even if it is for an hour or two. The waiting room is very comfy, with plenty of seats, be they at a table or in nice, cushy chairs. There is a play room for children, and an upstairs waiting room for a quieter wait- if you need to get some work done, etc. You get a coupon book for a monthly free car wash! Oh- I almost forgot- the great candy bar with bins of candy- the coffee/hot drink dispenser... cookies, hot pretzels, various snacks (granola bars, breakfast bars, bagels, muffins, etc) and of course cold drinks- soda, waters, and juice packs for the kids.... make waiting for your car to be serviced quite pleasurable. Top notch personnel, service and detail to making their customers happy- is what you will experience at this dealership! Very, very satisfied with every aspect of our shopping experiences as well as the value they place on customer satisfaction. Kudos to Lexis of Rt. 10!!Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a comprehensive and positive review of Lexus of Route 10. There is no higher praise than that of a long-time, loyal client. We look forward to working with you and your family for many years to come.
