Jim and Eric made a lasting impression on my first visit two years ago when I… leased my first Mercedes Benz. I left the showroom with the car of my dream because of them. I was ready for another car last week and without hesitation I called Jim for an appointment to see the new line-up. I moved to Flemington last year and I still came back to Caldwell due to your wonderful sales consultant and customer service. When Eric is finish walking you through the technology in your car you are confident about operating your vehicle. After the purchase, the sales person accidentally sent me an email (reply all) boasting about how I paid full price to her manager. As a result, I told my wife that I so deceived by the… sales person that at the end of the lease we will find another company luxury automobile to lease. A friend recommended to me MB of Caldwell as a car dealer that treats their customers with respect and dignity. I met Marline Wester in June of 2018. After meeting Mrs. Wester and the way she treated and talked to me restored my faith in Mercedes Benz products. As of Tuesday, I leased 2018 GLE and although I'm paying more....the customer service facilitated by Camilla (sales person) and Michael Mutter (sales manager) was worth EVERY penny. I felt respected and important from all at MB of Caldwell to whom I came into contact with. Thank you Marline Wester and the staff of Mercedes Benz Caldwell in exceeding my expectations in providing a wonderful and pleasant car buying experience. I am extremely grateful for your existence. by my300benz on 03/27/2018My wife and i were customers of Globe Mercedes for over 15 years. In 2015 when our current lease was up, going into another E class was our intention. Unfortunally that did not happen. The sales person that i was dealing with at the time… irked me with his nonchalant attitude. So needless to say we went to another dealership. Fast forward 3 yrs. to 2018 A soon as my wife and i entered Mercedes of Caldwell we were greeted by a mgr. and he quickly introduced us to Giancarlo. Giancarlo was very attentive, respectful, courteous and most of all..friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with him. My wife and I are now driving a new 2018 E 300 class sedan...! Giancarlo is an asset to your dealership.
