Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell

My wife and i were customers of Globe Mercedes for over 15 years. In 2015 when our current lease was up, going into another E class was our intention. Unfortunally that did not happen. The sales person that i was dealing with at the time irked me with his nonchalant attitude. So needless to say we went to another dealership. Fast forward 3 yrs. to 2018 A soon as my wife and i entered Mercedes of Caldwell we were greeted by a mgr. and he quickly introduced us to Giancarlo. Giancarlo was very attentive, respectful, courteous and most of all..friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with him. My wife and I are now driving a new 2018 E 300 class sedan...!
