Typical shady car dealership dressed in a cheap suit and nice building
by Paul B on 01/20/2025Given the opportunity, Wayne Mazda will rip you off, period. Flat out, [non-permissible content removed]. They'll agree to a number and then add in their paint protection plan and their window etching, telling you they're "required" to… purchase. Then they'll charge you for GAP insurance and tell you it's "included". Don't let the fancy showroom or the cheap suits fool you, they're a typical [non-permissible content removed] used car sales organization, top to bottom. They'll rush you through the finance process; read your sales contract carefully as they'll take an opportunity to "adjust" their pricing from what you agreed verbally and the actual paperwork, and then lie about it. I bought a new car with an extended warranty from them, but when I had a major issue which was estimated around $7000+ they did not pay for any repairs. Extended… warranty they offer is trash, it will not cover any major repair. They will play games and deny all claims. The dealership mechanic and the Mazda warranty group inspector disagreed on the coverage, causing a lengthy back-and-forth that got me nowhere. Despite repeated attempts, I couldn't get a response from the dealership regarding the status of my claim. Avoid Wayne Mazda's extended warranty service and consider other dealerships altogether or get a different brand.Professionalism

He made reasonable suggestions which resulted in my purchasing my first Mazda. The… complete process ( Nick & Chris) made this a pleasant experience. The car had a dent on it the day I was to pick it up. Everyone was attentive and apologetic and assured me the would be repaired quickly. I would recommend Wayne Mazda.Nick Bacchus

The sales folks especially my rep, Nick was great and knowledgeable. You can definitely tell they are there to help with… any general concerns or questions. The facility is spacious (enough for social distancing) and the waiting area is very nice with all the amenities to work while you wait for vehicle servicing. Best of all, they offer lifetime oil changes!Wayne Mazda
