My experience with Wayne Mazda's extended warranty service was terrible. I bought a new car with an extended warranty from them, but when I had a major issue which was estimated around $7000+ they did not pay for any repairs. Extended warranty they offer is trash, it will not cover any major repair. They will play games and deny all claims. The dealership mechanic and the Mazda warranty group inspector disagreed on the coverage, causing a lengthy back-and-forth that got me nowhere. Despite repeated attempts, I couldn't get a response from the dealership regarding the status of my claim. Avoid Wayne Mazda's extended warranty service and consider other dealerships altogether or get a different brand.
