    [non-permissible content removed] Most unethical dealership ever dealt with. Complete [non-permissible content removed] . DO not buy CPO, they hide service records and repairs. Blame the customer when they cannot fix the problems. Literally lied that I purposely tried to hurt their technicians by remote starting the car (not possible according to their procedures).

    LOW (a most appropriate acronym) sold me a defective car and rather than help me (like they were saying to my face, again how low) they did the opposite behind my back. They completed warranty repair work and did not document the repairs. They picked up my vehicle at my home and did not provide any paperwork and denied they completed repairs on it. They did not properly record service and warranty work and denied over and over there was a computer record of repairs (OASIS report every owner can obtain) When I would receive service records there would be complaints and fixes omitted. When I asked it be corrected it was always “the record is closed out - we cannot add it now”. They hide repairs and complaints this way, I would seriously think twice before purchasing anything CPO from them. They like to hide repairs and defects. -There are much more lies and parts of the story but I will only post what I can show documentation for. [HTML removed] Lincoln of Wayne promised they would do everything they could to help me with a lemon law case but when that time came it was obvious that they did exactly the opposite behind my back. They helped Ford hide their defective unsafe car and stick me and my family with it. If nothing was wrong with my car why go to such lengths to lie? From the minute we reported the problem we were looked at and treated like liars instead of customers that needed help. Worse than not helping at all Lincoln of Wayne - looked me in the eye and assured me they were doing everything they could to help me and my family. And what did I do to deserve this? I did nothing to these people but give them my business. All I wanted was a car I could drive like your other customers. Anyone whose brand new car was having problems (like mine) would be upset and want it to be fixed. I did not manufacture this car, its not my fault. If nothing was wrong (with the car as you claimed) why all the hiding and lies? What you put me and my family through over this is just wrong. Not to mention the potential safety risk. Absolutely #despicable Maybe they can pat themselves on the back for treating the customers they DONT sell defective cars to great, but I guess those of us with problems are told to “part ways”. As long as you profit from the sale I guess. It could have been you to pick this car off their lot, consider yourself lucky. Beware most reviews for LOW are employees, relatives, and friends.     • Mrs. Moretti, I am so sorry to see that this is your position after all we have done for you. In regards to the exterior damage on your vehicle, numerous professionals have determined that this damage was caused by exterior road debris. Even in light of that I approved thousands of dollars of paint repair, part replacement, and wheel repair as a good will gesture. We had discussed that if your driving patterns didn't change we would find ourselves in the same position. There were scuff and scratch marks and rocks and pebbles all over. There aren't many vehicles in the market that are impervious to scratches and chips from excessive roads debris such as what we found evidence of on your MKC. In terms of any electrical or mechanical concerns with your vehicle, we were not the only Lincoln dealership to look into your claims. In addition to multiple Lincoln dealerships, the Certified Field Service Engineer and Lincoln Motor Company determined your vehicle did not qualify for replacement. I had even offered to simply buy your vehicle back when we originally spoke because I felt that you might be happier looking into a different model or possibly a different brand.     The pick up and delivery service was such a smooth process. Everything was done quickly and car was returned quickly after repairs were done.

    The pick up of my car for service and also the return when completed was very helpful as I did not have to leave work as a result.

    My experience as always was great, from the time I pulled into the service lane, till I pick up my car- you have wonderful people in your service department! Additionally this was the best car wash you have ever done in the 4 years were brought it too you- traditionally I've passed on the car wash as its been disappointing compared to my normal car wash place. I was informed we had just gone out of warranty and with the limited miles on the car we should talk to Joe about getting an extended warranty plan. I waited 10 minutes for Joe to finish a phone call but as I had other plans I left my information for him to call me later with a few options- no issues. Joe returned my call the following day and did not have the information and started asking me for information I had provided. I found this disappointing as he failed to prep for the call- even checking your system would have provided him with the majority of the information needed. It is now 4 days since my service and 3 days since Joe promised to email me a few options - this survey request is the only email I've received from Lincoln of Wayne. We enjoy working with your service team and our sales person Wiltin but low scores for Joe Regards Jim McGinness
