My experience as always was great, from the time I pulled into the service lane, till I pick up my car- you have wonderful people in your service department! Additionally this was the best car wash you have ever done in the 4 years were brought it too you- traditionally I've passed on the car wash as its been disappointing compared to my normal car wash place. I was informed we had just gone out of warranty and with the limited miles on the car we should talk to Joe about getting an extended warranty plan. I waited 10 minutes for Joe to finish a phone call but as I had other plans I left my information for him to call me later with a few options- no issues. Joe returned my call the following day and did not have the information and started asking me for information I had provided. I found this disappointing as he failed to prep for the call- even checking your system would have provided him with the majority of the information needed. It is now 4 days since my service and 3 days since Joe promised to email me a few options - this survey request is the only email I've received from Lincoln of Wayne. We enjoy working with your service team and our sales person Wiltin but low scores for Joe Regards Jim McGinness
