    It was a total of 3 weeks. Staff provided a loaner car similar to what I'm used to driving. Kept me up to date on the progress of my car with routine calls. Very helpful and courteous. Thank u

  • Great Service once again, poor sales follow up

    My experience as always was great, from the time I pulled into the service lane, till I pick up my car- you have wonderful people in your service department! Additionally this was the best car wash you have ever done in the 4 years were brought it too you- traditionally I've passed on the car wash as its been disappointing compared to my normal car wash place. I was informed we had just gone out of warranty and with the limited miles on the car we should talk to Joe about getting an extended warranty plan. I waited 10 minutes for Joe to finish a phone call but as I had other plans I left my information for him to call me later with a few options- no issues. Joe returned my call the following day and did not have the information and started asking me for information I had provided. I found this disappointing as he failed to prep for the call- even checking your system would have provided him with the majority of the information needed. It is now 4 days since my service and 3 days since Joe promised to email me a few options - this survey request is the only email I've received from Lincoln of Wayne. We enjoy working with your service team and our sales person Wiltin but low scores for Joe Regards Jim McGinness

    I purchased a 2009 Chrysler 300 from Lincoln of Wayne and couldn't be happier! They were all VERY attentive to all my concerns regarding my purchase. Very timely returning my calls, answering every question I had. I absolutely LOVE my car and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lincoln of Wayne to anyone looking to purchase a car!     Very professional, total time spent on the initial day was about 1 hour, I returned the following day with my trade in and picked up my new MKX. Total time 2 hour the second day. Great people. Maria at the front gate, Curtis my sales rep and Joe in finance. Excellent team.

    Brought in my 2015 MKZ on Monday, April 25 for service and tire replacement. Everyone was helpful and courteous. And the service was done promptly. And my car was washed.

    The staff was so helpful and made the process so easy. My repair was done perfectly. The place where I purchased the lincoln navigator tried to fix it twice and kept giving it back to me broken. I brought it to wayne lincoln, where I had brought all of my previous lincoln vehicles, and they fixed it the first time no problem.

    Joe did a great repair job on the back of my car since I was hit by another driver. During the repair he noticed that I needed tires. Now have new tires and the service was also done at the same time.

    It was time for me to trade in my Ford Escape and I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy a new car or just lease like I have always done in the past. After finding my Lincoln MKX on Cars.com I was ready to go and see it and take it for a test drive. I was very impressed with the customer service at Lincoln at Wayne. Buzz was the one who helped me with the car and was very patient when it came to explaining the features of the vehicle and when it came to filling out the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! I am in love with my Lincoln and I am so lucky that I found a dealership that was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Buzz is the best! :)
