Some I didn’t and they were the usual car buying tactics on the back end. Yes, I was aware I was… buying a buy back vehicle and was told and had written form repairs were done by a dealership. My bad for not doing more research on situation. And how much harder it would be to unload it down the road with a marked title. Been in shop twice in past year and needed a tow for both. Though they have another vehicle I would consider, I cant trust the reliability of their vehicles. I love the way they get you to write a review before you leave their office and really have time to use the vehicle. Thought that was suspicious and was right. He is attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating and very professional. Every single time we have… come to this dealership it has been a painless process! The sales process is extremely easy! The vehicle is given to us in immaculate condition with a full tank of gas! And best of all, this dealership does not waste our time! I value the time that I have and I am so happy I do not waste it sitting around one of those dealerships that keep you there all day. by Izais madrid on 10/12/2024I had a great experience with this dealership the moment I spoke to them on the phone the dealership was very friendly told me straight up the fees they didn’t try to scam me with bunch of fees just the normal doc fee and of course taxes. I… drove from North Carolina as they had an amazing deal on car I wanted. I worked with Charlie Jackson (sales consultant) and he was straight forward actually gave me a great deal on my trade in, he made sure he answer all my questions filled my gas tank. This place is is very dog friendly even took care of my dog when I went for a test drive and working on my deal. Even after my sale they help me with any questions I still had. Lindsay Hogan (finance) was also very nice, very smiley and dog friendly. Dealership closed at 7:30 I was still had the dealership till about 11 still working on everything to make sure everything gets done and didn’t rush me at all. They even help me pack my stuff up from my trade in and put in my new car for me. Overall I will for sure come back later in the future for another car. Carfax reports were available right on the Automotive Avenues site for every car I… was looking at. No guessing, everything is right there. Go on the website, pick a handful of cars that you’re interested in, note their stock numbers, and bring them in. In my case I brought stock numbers for three of the same year/make/model in case one or more sold before I got there; I also brought numbers for 4 other cars, but ended up buying my first choice after I drove it and one other make/model. Tom B was my sales rep. I would happily go to him again for the next car I or my family needs.In and out what I wanted!!!

He was went to bat for us with working out some details, which swayed us to buy a car. He was patient & didnt put pressure on us to make a decision. It is… a high volume dealership so be prepared to wait your turn with the finance people.
