Amidst a very busy weekend day at Automotive Avenue, Joe R cultivated a positive, calm experience for my husband and I. He humbly guided us through the car-finding process and helped us find our dream car. Instead of a pushy approach, Joe R was patient and kind as he informed us through our purchase. Incredibly friendly and gentle man. Other staff, such as Danielle and Lindsey were a great help too! All three seemed to genuinely care to give us clear information through this typically complex process. I love a staff who cares for informed consent in any purchase, especially one as special and large as a new vehicle.
