    After shopping at othr dealerships, It was a pleasure to deal with Ibrahim Galabi when we were ready to purchase our new Acura RDX. I would like to mention that he conducted himself like a true professional. We appreciated his patience and respected his product knowledge.     I came into this dealership just to browse, and ended up having a wonderful experience. A sales man greeted me as soon as I walked in and he was so helpful. His name was Adam links. He wasn't pushy at all, but talked to me about the best options in my situation. This was so refreshing because usually sales people don't come across as honest and caring to take into consideration your situation. I went home and crunched numbers with my husband and plan on coming back to buy a car. Great location and employees.

    agreed on quote they send in nick high pressure suit to say they only have one color left I agree to the offer they send back in nick to say the car has additional accessories and they have to charge more i say no they send in Bill, the GM to say he is sorry but there is nothing he can do "It is not like I am trying to sell you air" coupons on the website are not usable Not characteristic of the Acura quality

    My wife and I went to the car forums and found Springfield Acura and contacted Calvin Moore. He walked us through both a lease and finance for a MDX and TL, and after negotiations, we feel as though we got the best price available. Sprinfield Acura is also one of the better dealerships that we visited. We highly recommend both Calvin and Springfield Acura.     We just purchased a 2007 MDX at Springfield Acura in NJ and must say it was our best buying experience. Our salesman Calvin Moore came highly recommended by a friend and he was great, no pressure, no BS, just really straight forward. We couldn't thank him enough.

    Went there to buy a pre-owned MDX. Ibrahim or "IG" as he's called by his peers was a fantastic sales consultant! He dealt with us with honesty, integrity, and respect. The man is top notch. We got a great deal on a 2010 MDX. If you're in the market for an Acura, go to Springfield Acura, and ask for "IG". You'll be glad you did. Highly recommend this dealership.

    Wan L was my sales representative and he was excellent to deal with. He had thorough knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and took his time answering all questions that I had regarding the vehicle, financing, etc. I also enjoyed dealing with Joe the sales manager who was very pleasant and friendly too. My overall experience at Springfield Acura was a great one and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in an Acura.

  • Lied about sales price

    The short version is I was promised a price via email by Alex at Springfield Acura (which price was the same as other dealers, but we went there because we had a previous purchase from there). When we went to get a deal finalized, they jacked the price up and said 'too bad, so sad.' In more details: We had previously purchased from Springfield Acura and went back when our current lease was up. On Fri, Jul 8, 2011 at 10:55 AM, Alex emailed me with a specific price. I went to visit him the very next day and he told us he had two MDXs in stock and we'd get a deal done. I asked about lease pricing. He gave me the numbers, and I brought them home to run them in a lease calculator. They didn't work. When I came back the next weekend (8 days after the original email from Alex), he said, in so many words: 'sorry, we can't give you the original price, even though we 'based' our lease price on it.' He then pulled out a manager who explained that even though we were a previous buyer and even though they had quoted a specific price, the best they could do was a full thousand dollars above their number. Needless to say, we stormed out and made a deal with a different NJ Acura dealer.
