by Aria on 02/05/2021bilal really worked with me to get the car and actually seemed to listen to me when i spoke (which is difficult to find in the auto sales industry when you're a woman). he also helped me get to a monthly payment i wanted. though it took a… bit, i'm happy we were able to do it. while the payment process was happening, they even detailed the car and gave me a full tank of gas. not sure if all places do that, last time i bought a car was 5 years ago from a different place and they didn't. and of course is the best part is i got to drive home with the car i wanted. the only reason for 4 stars is that the location is pretty busy and the entrance to the lot isn't super announced, so getting in and out of the lot took some time.Wonderful buying experience!

He researched to get answers to some of the unusual questions we asked and got back to us quickly and… with the clarity we needed. We did intend to visit a few Subaru dealerships however after the great and attentive service from Bilal, knowing the great service Ann Mary in Service has consistently provide and the fair pricing Victory provided once again (our previous purchase was in Nov 2017), we decided to look no further. The process from start to finish was made painless by Bilal's courtesy, politeness, respect and patience. He didn't try and gimmicks and worked with me to… get me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. He has even followed up with me after purchasing the vehicle to see if it was everything I had hoped it would be (and it has!). 10/10 experience...showroom was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, and the car is stellar.
