I had to consider my financial burden, specification of the car, and my preference of my own car. I did test drive for many cars in Victory… Subaru and spent many times there but Steven, a very kind and genuine salesman patiently guided me to get a right car for me. I had a really good and thankful memory with Steven and Victory Subaru. They are so prefessional and kind!! I recommend them to you all. :)love my car

We walked in at 9:30, test drove the car we liked, sorted the financing and we were… out of there before lunch. Everybody from the receptionist to the sales manager and the finance person was very pleasant and polite. All in all, a very good experience. I would highly recommend!Bought a car

I test drove the car and was given extra incentive by dealer paying last month and give back payment on lease of current car. RJ and John Rodriguez were very efficient… without any pressure in finding the color and style I wanted within one day. The process was stress and hazzle free.Wonderful Dealership

Went for a test drive and the car drove like a dream. The entire experience went… smoothly. I came back a few days later for some clarification on all the instrumentation and the salesperson took his time answering all my questions. I recommended this dealership with no hesitation to my friend and they bought a car there as well.Exceptional Sales and Service

I never at any point felt pressure, and for the first time, drove away without that niggling doubt at the back of my mind that… despite my best efforts, Id been had! I got a great price on a base model Subaru, and Louis, who sold me the car, kept coming back, beating the competitors prices until he made the sale. The difference was, he was genuine, and nice about it, and I felt like I was dealing with an actual human being. Same with Steve, who helped with the paperwork at the end. I knew which car I wanted, put down a deposit, and they had me out the door, into a new, well-priced Subaru Outback in just over an hour. Soup to nuts, I would recommend them all highly.Buying a used vehicle

by pspilletti on 11/11/2017I was expecting a long, drawn out, and quite frankly, aggravating process to purchase my new Forester, but I was presently surprised at Victory Subaru! I live closer to Flemington Subaru, but decided to go to Victory in Somerset and was… very happy I did. The initial experience in the lot was not the typical high pressure sales tactics. My salesman, Mario, was very friendly, able to answer all of my questions, and went through the effort to go over to a satellite lot to bring back the exact car, color & trim level, I wanted to test drive. Mario was able to explain the features of the car from safety to comfort. Then came the actual sale experience. Again, pleasantly surprised there were no high pressure sales tactics or haggling. I got the price I was looking to pay at the awesome rate of 0% for 63 months. Then comes the dreaded waiting... where I've been in dealerships for 5-6 hours in the past. Surprisingly, I did not wait long at all, the entire experience (from browsing to driving away in my new car) was under 3.5 hrs! During the times when I did wait I was able to speak with Sarah in reception. She is very friendly and also helpful. She showed me where I can relax and enjoy some refreshments; coffee, water, donuts, popcorn, chips, etc. She was also able to quickly provide any email addresses or fax numbers that I needed for my car insurance company. Overall, a GREAT experience and I will be coming back when my daughter gets her license in 2 yrs! Not just for the super safe, comfortable, and great looking vehicles, but for the experience itself! My preferred way of doing business is to state what will work for me and that I like to think a deal through before I commit.… With that being said, the Sales Representative, Leo, was considerate and paid attention to what I was requesting. He was patient, informative and very responsive to all of my concerns. In the process of working with Leo, I had multiple positive interactions with the support staff at Victory; Sarah, Michele and Paula. It was a pleasure to be involved with the wonderful people at Victory- very positive all around!
