    We've purchased our last 5 Ford Explorers from Quality Ford. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The service department is thorough and prompt. We will continue to purchase our Ford Explorers from Quality Ford. It's an absolute pleasure working with the team.

    Danny could not been nicer to deal with and was very accommodating even when having to speak to other people to verify my concerns. He was always on top of his stuff and called when there was any issue

    Early in August I had a problem starting the car after leaving it sitting for two or three days. From there it went to the battery not having enough charge to start the car two times. I brought the car in and Tom had the battery and the alternator tested and both appeared to check OK. Two weeks ago, I experienced the same problem and brought the car in again on October 14th. This time, although the battery passed the test again, Tom Dickman had the technician replace the battery. On October 17th and 18th I drove to Boston and back with no problems and none since although, I drove the car every two days until this past Sunday. From Sunday night 10/25, through Thursday night 10/29, I did not even attempt to start the car. That is the longest time without use since May! I started the car last night with no problem at all. Only goes to show that even though the battery passed the test, experience dictated that the problem was with the capacity of the battery to hold a charge. Tom knew that replacing the battery would be the only practical solution. His knowledge and skill is something that is irreplaceable and should be acknowledged. Thanks, Tom!

    I was there to service my 2014 FORD Edge. They waiting room was clean. They had my favorite Flavia coffee. The service was quick (there for 10k check up) and the representative who assisted my was professional, friendly and easy to talk to. Karen Peralta

    Check engine light appeared, called, scheduled an appointment, everything was done correctly and quickly. I have a 10 year old Freestyle and it's still running great.

    My experience at Quality Auto Mall was absolutely amazing! There's no doubt about it the car buying process is dreadful but Daniel Sanitarium was patient, helpful and understanding he definitely went above and beyond to help me in every possible way.     The service and sales are always good. The only issue I have is trying to get in touch with a Service Person. Not good. I leave several messages, nobody "live" answers, always an answering machine. Many times, I have to call again the following day. Calls should be answered and/or returned within a reasonable amount of time.

    The gentleman fulfilled my request to upgrade my ford sync system in my 2013 escape that I hadn't brought in for an update for a couple years. Previously I had many issues with the bluetooth connection with both my iphone and samsung phones. After the update it works like a charm. No more delay in connection and no more bugs so far. Service was also very fast.

    I've been to this dealership once before and when I returned for an oil change one of the service advisors remembered me by name. The service is great, the advisors take the time to explain everything thoroughly. I was excited to receive the trial memebership with SM Radio. Thank you for a job well done!

    I brought the Buick LeSabre in for an oil change and because one of the hoses for the windshield fluid was broken. I was warned that it may take some time to take care of the whole project, but fortunately it was all done in a hour. If I brought this car to a Buick dealership, my experience would have told me that it would have taken a whole day. I got my Mercury Milan at Quality, and I trust them with my father and my cars.
