    I recently purchased a 2023 Land Rover Defender-X from the dealership of Parsippany NJ and my experience was absolutely great. Many thanks to the Sales Rep-Jomara who ultimately played a significant role in getting the deal done. Had it not been for her professionalism and care for my car buying needs from the instant I first walked into the dealership, I would’ve made a purchase at another dealership. I was ultimately deciding between 2 different Land Rover Defenders that I liked and viewed at other dealerships in NY, NJ and BK but after my experience with the Sales Rep-Jomara, I immediately knew that the dealership of Parsippany NJ is where I was going to make my final purchase. Although finding a vehicle that you love and one that fits your needs is important, it is equally important to come across a sales rep that makes your car buying experience 100% seamless.

    I purchased a beautiful Black Range Rover Sport with Rose colored accents! I had the pleasure of meeting Bill the owner/manager. Great Guy!! and Chad Drake my salesman. It isn’t often to have high praise for a car salesman but Chad is a find. He is professional, knowledgeable, smart and fun!! He kept me updated daily on my car’s arrival. He even sent me photos of it being unloaded. A nice touch. He made the paperwork a breeze. He delivered the car to my home and programmed my phone and all the little perks this beautiful car has to offer, all with a smile and sense of humor. I highly recommend this dealership and my favorite salesman Chad!!!

  • Apathetic from the start

    First, my experience is very limited because Mr. Stanzione (a "Gold Certified Sales Guide") was apathetic and unaccommodating from the start. I requested a quote through Edmunds.com and was contacted via email by Mr. Stanzione. He volunteered his dealerships rankings.... "Land Rover Parsippany the 3rd largest dealer in the country!"......"We are currently ranked over 97% in customer satisfaction in both sales and service..." and, "...one of the top dealers in the northeast as well as in the top 5% of 170 dealerships in America". I asked what authority or entity provided that report or those rankings to substantiate his claims and repeated my request for a quote. He told me that LRNA provided the rankings then asked me how I would be paying and when I would be purchasing. I asked again for the report to which he responded, "have you test driven the Range Rover Sport?". He finally relented and wrote.... "Here is LRNA's phone number [violative content deleted] Please contact me when you are ready to move forward with the Sport." I told him that I did contact him! I forwarded the exchange to the sales manager Garrett Revolinsky suggesting that he may want to improve on the customer service at Parsippany. I did not get a response. Needless to say, I will not be buying a vehicle from them. I can't even imagine what their attitude would be like once I am locked in.

    I purchased a certified pre-owned Range Rover at this dealer and it was a nightmare from day 1. I waited 5 weeks for the dealership to get the title of this car, which they did not have, then all the problems began. The day the vehicle was delivered the instrument panel wasn't working, the navigation did not work, the wipers did not work, the steering wheel was vibrating (which it still does), and broken glass came pouring out of the vents of my dashboard! There was still melted gum and pennies stuck to it in the cup holder from the previous owner! I have had my car serviced over 20 times in 9 months- and had a master technician look at it from a different dealer, who proceeded to inform me that the complete rear-end of my car had been replaced- and a completely different color paint. I have had several meetings with the general manager who offered to paint my car for $500 (which I would have to pay for) Now I have an attorney dealing with it!

    Walked in ready to pay cash for a used LR-3. Test drove a nice looking LR-3 with low miles and a new engine. When asked what happened to the engine was told that it leaked through from the brakes! Asked for the mechanic to explain that one too me and the deal went sour. Sales guy finally admitted that it was a flooded car. Beware of carfax as there was no record of this. Amateur sales staff selling dubious vehicles with a total loss of confidence in the dealership and brand.

    I was disappointed with the sales rep who at first was helpful, but once I committed he dropped the ball. 1. He changed the car pick time twice. 2. Once I got there, the car was "ready" but he was not. 3. He rushed me through showing me the features once I signed the contract. 4. Dealership phone system seems to not work properly often. One day it was "down" all day.? 5. Dealership experience was not as good as Volvo and MB where the sales people where more generous with their time and made you happy you spent lots of $ for a premium car. I will not name the sales person at LR-Parsippany as it appears he was no worse than the rest
