If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

So now that I needed to upgrade my vehicle, my daughter and I went back, and it was another fantastic experience. Omari,… our sales agent, was excellent! He is courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he tries to get us the best possible deal. He did everything for us so we could drive away with our new car without the hassle. Jerrod, the manager who finalized our financing and documents, was excellent! He created a great atmosphere that puts us at ease. Both times he has not rushed us and he takes the time to explain all details on the quote and all the car’s… features and how to use them. And specifically, we came to DCH to work with Hamad again on our second Honda purchase. The experience was pleasant,… and we appreciated that he remembered us. He was accommodating given our two young children. The whole process was as seamless as we could have expected, and we were able to get the car that we wanted.
