If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

I unequivocally, 100% without a doubt, highly recommend buying your next Honda car/truck/suv from ALEX… BERNABE. He is just wonderful, top notch!! Alex is very professional, very knowledgeable, super friendly, and so kind -- no pressure, no nonsense here ...just customer satisfaction!! I bought my newest Honda last September (trying out a CR-V this time around, and have no regrets), and my son… and I just purchased a Certified Pre-owned Civic Si that has made us both very happy. Hamad Deeb lives up to his promises, is knowledgeable, and understand the real meaning of customer service. He also puts up with me, which is probably one whole start in and of itself, hahaha. Thanks for keeping me and my loved ones safe and happy. :)Excellent

He took his time and explained EVERY detail of the car to her step by step. He reassured her that if she had any… questions she could contact him at anytime. Mom and Dad were very happy and we all know my daughter was ecstatic! Let me add we purchased my car from Hamad 2 years ago and he had to walk mom through it all as well ; ) He definitely has the patience!Steve Chan is the best sales rep ever!

As is everyone involved in the sales process, from the staff who greet… me in the parking lot to the Finance people who take their time and explain every document to me. And the few times over the years I've needed to go in for service, the Service Dept. people were great, too. Honda makes a great product. The service department was fast, courteous, and professional. My vehicle was serviced… and returned to me in time. After driving my car off of the lot, I felt the immediate difference in the vehicle performance. I will never go anywhere else for service. Honda surpassed my expectations. Where my past purchase was rather stressful and lengthy DCH had the vehicle I was looking for, and it was… simply a matter of test driving, a few quick meetings and signing off and driving. Our advisor Elana Z. was very nice, friendly, and professional. We never felt pressured into the sale, and the facts were laid out up front. This was definitely an experience we would hold as the standard for future purchases.Great service.

The minute my dad and I walked into the store, a nice salesman approached us and helped us with all our questions and doubts. I had been wanting/needing a car for a long time and my… dad agreed to get me one for my birthday. Jenssy (salesman) was so attentive to guide us with something that fit my dad's budget and was of my taste!! My dad had previously had a bad experience at another dealership because of a salesman being too pushy but Jenssy was the opposite! He was great, very informative and helpful. I decided to stick with Honda because of the overall positive experience I had with my 2001. I… got the 2015 Honda Civic EX L from DCH Paramus. Everyone there was helpful and friendly, if someone saw you waiting or looking lost (no matter what position they were), they stopped to help out to even track down the person you were looking for. Jenssy was my sales rep and very friendly and helpful the entire process. You felt like you were talking to a person and not a salesman which always makes a big investment like buying a car less stressful. My mother and sister recently purchased new vehicles a week to a week and a half before I did from dealers other than Honda, and I already have my plates and registration before them, FAST! I would definitely recommend DCH Paramus Honda for your new Honda!Written price promise not honored

As a whole, it one of the most pleasant and friendly dealerships with which I've ever have done business. Hamad Deeb was my sales… person, and was exceptionally thorough. It was nice to have a sales experience where I didn't feel like a rotisserie chicken on a spit over the managerial fire, or generally just another number where he was anxious to move onto the next. I didn't get to see my first DCH buddy, Alex Bernabe, this time, however, I am glad to have met the friendly and involved group that helped me with my recent purchase. by dtelad11 on 08/13/2015I went to DCH Paramus on July 22 to buy a used Honda Accord. The service experience was decent, albeit slow (took about three hours from the moment we decided on a car until paperwork was done). I am happy with the car, at least for now… (three weeks later). With that said, issues began as soon as I left the dealership. 1) During my discussion with the financing manager we discussed a HondaCare package. The dealership offered it for approximately $1,400. The manager claimed that I must get the package at the time of buying the car. I later find out that this is not the case -- I could have purchased a cheaper HondaCare package from another dealership. 2) I only received one car key. The salesperson who sold me the car claimed that he has another key, he just "can't find it right now". I later found out that there is no other key. The dealership offered to produce one for me, but that requires going to the dealership again during their 9-5pm business hours (so half a day off and half an hour in traffic each way). 3) The biggest issue began about 10 days after purchasing the car, as I was waiting for registration and paltes. The salesperson kept texting me asking for more documents, claiming that my driver's license is expired (it is not). Over a period of five days, I supplied the dealership with every possible document: passport, social security card, utility bill, pay stub, W-2, you name it. Despite these documents, on the afternoon of August 6 (Thursday) the dealership informed me that they are unwilling to complete my registration process, and that I will have to do it myself. When I tried to talk to a manager, he was impatient, refused to provide any information on why they wouldn't continue with the registration, and generally tried to wave me off by repeatedly saying that he doesn't know anything. Unfortunately, my temporary plates expired on August 10 (Monday), which meant that 1) I had to drive to the dealership on the evening of Thursday 6 to get the title, 2) I had to go to the DMV on Friday 7 to get the registration done. Throughout out interaction DCH Paramus has been slow and unprofessional. Evidently, they do not care about repeat customers -- they just want you to buy a car, leave, and hopefully never come back.Excellent Buying Experience

I'd like to recommend Kadir Karagoz for anyone… looking for a wonderful car shopping experience. He was kind and made me feel comfortable through the entire process.
