If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

Hamad was extremely receptive to my needs and wants however was able to give me his… professional opinion to help me make my choice. He went out of his way to deal with my insurance and made himself available for me whenever I needed. Once the sales person realized I was serious and had already done my homework, we got right to the negotiation stage. Their first offer was full MSRP. Then, I asked if they… could compete with a competitors eprice garauntee ($4,300 under MSRP). They revised their offer ($2,000 under). I countered with a number that was in my budget. We finally settled in the middle. Tough negotiations, but it helped that I was prepared. I was treated with respect throughout the whole evening. Other than some typos on the paperwork that had to be corrected, it was a quick and straightforward purchase. I would recommend this dealer.Great experience - first Time car buyers!

I walked around at my leisure without any pushy salesman following me around. Once I saw the HRV I knew that it was… the car that I was looking for. I was paired up with Hamad Deeb. Though I was on a budget, Hamad did all he could to get me the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. He was patient, understanding, informative, helpful, and allowed me all the time I needed to make my final decision. He made the lengthy car buying experience a pleasant one. Kelvin Rodriguez in the finance department had all paperwork in order and was knowledgeable with any last minutes questions I had. Overall my experience at DCH was great. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to other sales people to the manager were all courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend DCH to family and friends.A very satisfying experience!

The dealership was very vibrant, filled with many sales associates either already dealing with customers or ready to help the customer(s). We… felt welcomed by all especially by our sales associate Dee. Right away he sat us down and ask if we wanted any refreshments. His warm welcoming and sense of humor made us feel very content. He helped us not only pick the right car but also helped us figure out what's best leasing or financing. He took his time in informing us about the benefits of both leasing and financing. My husband and I felt very comfortable with the choice we made especially since Dee informed us of all the facts we needed to know about the car. After all was said and done Dee took us to our brand new car and showed us the gadgets and how to use them. Overall the experience was the best my husband and I have had at any dealership. Driving past DCH Honda a few times (it's right next to Garden State Plaza), I figured they would be… a good dealership to start with. Read some reviews online, and felt comfortable enough to reach out. I was greeted by Shawn Harris, who was not your typical salesman. The cliche salesmen have wasn't felt here at DCH, or by Shawn. He was great - from the start, answering all of my questions, addressing my concerns, and patient throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond for me returning my lease to the original dealership! That's spectacular customer service. Any dealership could sell you a car ... but its the people that work there that make a difference. I am super pleased with my car, with Shawn, and the entire car buying experience. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.Great experience!

We went to DCH Paramus Honda on Memorial Day. We had the pleasure of… working with Alberto. We discussed the HRV and took one for a test ride. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted. I had my heart set on white. Paramus did not have white in stock. Alberto asked me to give him a couple of days to locate a white one. On the Thursday after Memorial Day Alberto called to say they located a white one at a sister location and would have it on Friday. We picked it up on Saturday and I couldn't be happier. Alberto went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Alberto explained all the features to me. If you are shopping for a Honda I highly recommend DCH Honda of Paramus and ask for Alberto Cabrera. Thank you Alberto and DCH Honda, I'm loving my new 2016 white Honda HRV. He is very professional, very efficient and was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us until we had a deal we were pleased with. Then… he told us when to come to the dealership to complete the transaction. He had as much ready as he could which made our experience in the dealership very pleasant. He was very patient with me, as I am not very technical, and made sure I was comfortable operating the car and he even set-up my phone and made me aware of the Android App to sync my phone with the car. He then called me two days after my purchase to make double check that all was OK and to see if I had any more questions. As it turns out since I did have a few questions about using the phone he is going to go over it with me again when I come in to get the new plates. Hamad is an exception sales person. He truly wants you to have a great experience when you make the purchase but he is always available, after the purchase to insure you are a satisfied customer. We will certainly purchase another car from Hamad the next time we need a new car.Purchase of new vehicle
