If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

Best Delivery Coordinator Ever
by MShonda on 07/28/2019DCH Paramus Honda's Delivery Coordinator Hamad Deeb is phenomenal. He came in on his day off just to help me with my set-up issues. He worked for over 2 hours, even calling Apple twice (we were hung up on the 1st time) to figure out why my… Apple Car Play wouldn't connect to my car. I even told him that I thought it was a problem with my phone settings (which it was) and likely not Honda's problem. He insisted on doing everything possible to help me and he resolved the issue. He trained me further on how to use more of the electronic settings (so many changes from my 2016 Honda CR-V) which was not required by Honda (there's a check-off list on things that must be reviewed). Hamad went far, far, far beyond what was called for making my end experience with DCH Paramus Honda great! Of note, Alex Bernabe, my sales person worked as hard he could to get me the best deal he could and make me happy. He also continued to help me with things I needed after my car as sold. That was appreciated.Quick and Easy

His focus was on servicing my needs, No pressure to buy and was a very pleasant… experience. Finance manager Larcher was very pleasant and processed paperwork quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Kadir, he is very experienced and will educate you about your options based on what you are looking for and your budget as well. After getting the runaround and feeling manipulated by a different car brand dealership, working with Jesus Olivares on my lease was a breath of… fresh air. The process was pleasant, communication was clear, and I never once felt pressured or like I wasn't being taken seriously as a customer. I had the pleasure of working with 3 wonderful men; Diego Cozar, Omar Saleh… and Hamad Deeb. All were extremely professional, patient and thorough with my husband and I. They gave us exceptional service. My lease was up and I wasnâÂÂt sure whether to lease again or finance the vehicle I had. Diego broke everything down for me, from how the process works to pricing for each option. Its a lot of information and it can be overwhelming which is why I appreciated his time and patience since I was torn on what to do. I currently feel happy and confident with the decision I made and itâÂÂs nice to know there is someone you can trust especially when making such a large purchase. Thank you Diego for such a wonderful experience. After deciding to upgrade from a CRV to a Pilot I met Omar. He walked me through everything in terms of how the car worked and setting it up to my liking. There were a lot of changes so I appreciated him explaining everything and answering all my questions. And Hamad who currently manages the delivery department kept checking in to make sure we were being well taken care of. I had worked with him previously and talk about excellent customer service he remembered me and made me feel like family. He knows what he is doing and has given me a great deal every time. He doesn't come over… as your typical sales person (sorry, no offense to you sales folks out there). by SIS on 02/22/2019Had a very pleasant experience. Leased an HRV. Management and Sales were great when I had an issue. I picked my car up at night. The next day in the daylight there was a problem with the paint on the car that I did not notice the night… before. I was very upset that I just leased this damaged car. Well, Sales and Management couldn't be nicer. They offered to fix it or give me a new car immediately. I left with a new car. I have been driving my HRV for a few days and I love it. If you are looking for a Honda go see Harold in Sales or Matt in Management. You will be in good hands.
