If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

Sunil Patel and the Paramus Honda team really worked with me to accommodate my needs. The communication was clear and… honest during every step of the process starting with Sunil and then continuing with Kelvin Rodriguez in Finance. Kevin Kwak also did a very thorough job explaining all of the features and helped set my preferences. I would recommend Paramus Honda to anyone in the market for a car.Best experience ever!

The sales representative assisting me with the purchase is Kadir Karagoz. He is extremely… knowledgeable, friendly and patient in the whole process. He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. We always chose DCH Paramus Honda when we shop for a vehicle. The reason that; there isn’t any pressure, we don’t need to spend all day with sales and managers going back and forth, they are forthright and treat us very fairly. Also before they deliver the vehicle, Mr. Tarik gives all details about it. He explains all features and we were ready %100 . I would recommend this dealership to anyone and plan on doing business with them again.Great experience

Make sure to go with at least 2 options in mind, do 1-2 test drive, plan your… budget, see offers, fight prices and then be patient with the lease process. I’m very satisfied but I hope Honda Civic gets better technology such as phone app control, psi monitor, cause other car makers are already including it even in low-mid trim.Great Experience with Harold in Sales and the Management Team

They are honest with full disclosure, they care about the customer and their reputation, they sell a lot of volume and will continue to do… so based upon my experience, and their sales reps that have been there for years and years. We were lucky to to meet Kadir Karagoz our salesman on our first visit, and have dealt with him ever since. He efficient, friendly,… professional and knowledgeable. And we TRUST him and the dealership completely. Truly no-hassle, and they bring joy to buying a car as it should be! On 8/23/19 we needed to buy a replacement car very quickly due to unusual circumstances. From a 10:30am handshake, to driving off the lot at 3:00pm with a brand new vehicle ... it was painless and fun!. Kadir is a gem of a salesman, and an exceptional human being who sets the bar as high as it can go. Kadir, we can't thank you enough for your caring soul and compassionate nature. Big kudos to all the other DCH Team Members who made the magic happen: Kelvin Rodriguez (Finance Manager), Natasha Nedd (Service Advisor), and Chelsea H (vehicle delivery team).
