If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

We gave him a budget and what we were looking to spend and instead of pushing… us beyond our means he gave us numerous options and listened to our needs. (Providing options and solutions by using consultative selling approach) 2. Did not waste our time by giving us fair and reasonable options. 3. Was not pushy or sleazy by making empty promises just to surprise you once financing paperwork was presented. Overall I highly recommend working with him for your car buying needs. Franklin contacted us ahead of the appointment to confirm which vehicle we were… interested in and had the car ready for test drive when we arrived. During the test drive, Franklin explained every feature in the car and gave us opportunities to test things like adaptive cruise control, lane departure, rear cross traffic alert, etc. Before the appointment, we were torn between three different cars. After one meeting with Franklin, we knew needed to be in the Honda CR-V. I HIGHLY recommend going directly to Franklin with any and all of your car buying needs! no bull-shit just great salesmanship with a focus on the customer first.Great Expereince

by David Gann on 04/24/2020Repeated phones were made to get the Title but they used COVID-19 as an excuse, NJ MVC being closed as an excuse, and I’m not being patient with the process. They had the Title in their possession since 07 Feb but couldn’t walk across… the street to their admin office to get it! The buying experience was great but than the lies, laziness, and total lack of caring regarding the Title turned that sour. Shop for your Honda someplace else!Ask for Diego Cozar!!!
