If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

I was greeted by the Leasing Manager, Bill Sutera who assigned me to Maria Alcantara, a… Sales Consultant to help resolve my problem. She was very courteous, understanding, professional, and let me talk through my problem without interruption. When she could not successfully resolve my issue she brought in her supervisor, Lenny Ramos. We had a very friendly conversation concerning the financial aspects of the lease and we finally reached an agreement. He was very knowledgeable and patient – we had a LOT of questions… He also went above and beyond what was necessary – spending a considerable amount of time orienting… us to the car and all the electronics it offers. Even after we drove the car off the lot, he called several times to make sure we did not have any questions about the car and that we liked it – making sure we were completely satisfied.Great salesman
