If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

by Igli Como on 02/22/2021I was chatting online with DCH Paramus Honda and in less than 2 days I was able to lease a 2021 Honda Passport Elite and they beat the price that Clifton was trying to haggle me for Mind you I was dealing with Clifton for about 3-1/2 weeks… but in the end they lost me as a customer because of not having color that I liked and they wanted to add $500 to final lease price that I didn't agree too. So DCH Honda Paramus thank you for being honest and honoring price that was agreed too onlineExcellent

I simply returned my lease ending old car to David, he took care of the process very clearly by assuring that I don't need to worry about the old car I just returned. He respects customers with his heart. Paul the financial officer was also great. With Covid, and is having high risk members in our family, we were concerned that we would not be able to find what we… needed in the time frame we needed it. That was not the case here at DCH Honda in Paramus. Our experience started with the internet/phone department. Kay Mercado answered all of our questions, and scheduled us with Hamad Deeb. Both were beyond helpful with our questions, super polite, and transparent. There was no bait and switch. Hamad heard our concerns and meet us where we were at. He worked tirelessly to make sure that we would be able to bring home our new car. He also took his time to explain to us the car and all of its features. Suniel from the finance department was also helpful, explaining everything to us and confirming all before asking for any signatures. I have never felt so comfortable in a car dealership before. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in search of a car. I would also recommend Hamad as a reliable, hard working and honest car salesperson.Excellent experience

In the end I ended up getting exactly the car I wanted, which really took a weight off my shoulders.
