UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT

Aboutsolutely no custmer service after the sale , ill informed of NJ MOtor Vehicle fees and procedures. Sales people and F&I Person totally wrong they will waste your… time and give unto9ld hours of aggravation. do you self a favor drive on by and go some place else where they will treat you like a customer. by AlekB on 03/19/2013updated 06/04/2025Unfortunately, I bought Hyundai Sonata 2013 from this dealership. My troubles started the moment I sighed the contract. Brian G., sales person, has failed to deliver all equipment that I paid for. I talked with him many times and all I got… was promises, I never saw my additional equipment and it is been 6 months since I bought the car. Josue A., financial person, and him manager Steven A. have keeping my refund for additional warranties that I cancelled two weeks after I bought the car. It is impossible for me to get my money back. I left many voice mails and sent many emails, but it is impossible to contact them. I am going to launch a lawsuit against this dealer if I do not get my refund soon. This is total nightmare. After this experience I will never buy Hyundai again. Total disappointment. Stay away from these guys.Worst Salesman and service
by guesswho3 on 05/13/2013updated 06/04/2025I will never go to this dealer again. To start off the day the asked me to pick up the car they made me wait several hours. Furthermore when I got the review I rated them not so great on the wait. The salesman Rob S. calls me up cursing me… out tell me its my fault he did not getting his bonus. This was only a few things. Than when I asked to speak to a manager he than put one of his friends on the phone and not the actual manager. Eventually I went down to this place spoke to the manager he had no idea that he did this and management did nothing about it. On top of all this I was promised a spare tire kit which doesn't does not come with the new car. I did not receive because he told it to me and did not write it on paper. One of the worst experiences I ever had would never go back there or recommend this salesman at all.
