    My experience with DCH has always been great. My advisor, Natasha is really a great. She listens to my concerns and give me the best options. I don't think I can go to any other Honda dealership other than DCH.

    My daughter purchased a car there, whoever did the oil change didnt secure the oil lid under her car and while driving on Route 3 the lid came off, luckily she didnt get into an accident, she went to the dealer and they claim she most have hit something and were charging her $380 to replace it, i called 3 times to be transfered by a bitter old lady they have as the operator to the manager Jose Hernandez who doesnt return phone calls, whrn i called a 4th time i was transfered to the service manager Michael Deanelis who refused to take my call and kept going back and forth with the person that answers the phone , how can you run a business like this, so if you decide to go to this dealer keep in mind that after they take your money and you walk out the door you are on your own, they dont take responsibility for their lack of self ethic, and they had the nerve to offer her a free oil change if she gave a positive review

    Hamad is awesome, I have nothing bad to say about him he’s funny and super patient, he went above and beyond to find the hubby a car at a great price and more, Hamad kept it real during the whole process and didn’t go around in circles, you will NOT be sorry if you go to him he will make it happen. I have a 1yr old that was ready to go he didn’t mind her screaming or mind hearing Elmo for a few hours lol 😅 or needing to use his phone charger so overall he’s great, thank you Hamad.

    My husband and i were referred to Hamad and he did such an amazing job! He made sure we was comfortable, He helped us so much. Everything came out perfect. Process was quick and made sure we left the lot with a brand new car. We had such an amazing experience working with Hamad ! So if you ever go here i recommend going to Hamad !
  • Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with a broken parking brake

    Went there for a tire rotation and oil change. Left with my emergency brake a loose and wobbly. At the beginning, I paid no mind to it since it wasn't too bad, however about 2 weeks later, I was able to pull the emergency brake practically all the way up (over 12 clicks). I went back and was told that my rear caliper may be going bad. When I asked how was that possible on a car that is only 4 years old with less than 46k miles, they did not know how to respond and just said parts get old and brought up the "extended warranty" bs, which I am pretty sure still doesn't cover the caliper. Anyways, went back to try to get the problem fixed and they denied they did anything to the emergency brake, however, somehow they were able to adjust it a little. About 4 days later, the wobble and looseness came back, so its pretty obvious whatever they did was temporary. During that week, I spoke to a mechanic whom I work with and was told that they most likely hyper-extended the emergency brake whenever they parked the car or rotated tire causing a misalignment in the braking system. Went the next day to a certified mechanic, they opened up the parking brake dashboard and without me telling him anything, showed me how the braking mechanism was no longer straight, hence why it seems one caliper is acting up. That mechanic also explained how this is a standalone system and the only way it would break, being that the car is new is if either someone purposely messed with it, or if someone yanked on the emergency with brute force. It is very upsetting to know that I can't even trust mechanics over at Honda in Paramus, NJ for simple oil change and tire rotation. So much for dealership mechanics being more careful or knowledgeable than the average mechanic. They should take more responsibility for their screw-ups and be more careful with people's cars. Many people pay these cars with hard work, sweat and tears to have someone "qualified" break them for being careless.

    My experience was extremely pleasant. Everything was streamlined. My sales person was knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step. The service department was fast, courteous, and professional. My vehicle was serviced and returned to me in time. After driving my car off of the lot, I felt the immediate difference in the vehicle performance. I will never go anywhere else for service. Honda surpassed my expectations. I would definitely recommend Paramus Honda to my friends and relatives. Thank you Mr. Deed and Mr. Laga for the extremely pleasant experience.

    My salesperson was Yury Rozenbaum. Before visiting DCH Paramus Honda dealership I went to another place but to my surprise have met sort of hostile environment. In contrary the people at DCH Paramus Honda were very friendly from the first moment. The whole process of purchasing the vehicle went smoothly. I would certainly recommend that place to anyone to buy a car without stress and nervousness.

    The car buying experience at DCH Paramus was easy and professional. The sales person was efficient, handling all aspects of the process quickly. The facility looks brand new and was very clean. Overall an excellent experience.

    Horrible service! I spent almost $5000 to fix my Honda Pilot and still they did very lousy job. Most problems in the car they cannot figure it out at first time. For same issue you have to go there multiple times. Don't be so happy to see nice new looking building and interior. Service is not good at all at this Paramus Honda center. Don't waste your time and money for this place. In last three months I had to visist this place for four times and everytime they find different problems in the car and keep charging.

    We got there for our first service. The guy outside (speaks broken English- Spanish speaking) takes my car and gives me the ticket. He tells me to sit in the waiting room. I sit there for 30 minutes and got up to inquire about the progress. They never touched my vehicle and they told me I was suppose to go to customer service. I wasted my whole 30-40 minutes doing nothing. They are not even courteous instead they started blaming me for not looking at written sign before entering the service station. I think because of the success of Honda vehicle sales, they have become so arrogant. Stay away if you can from this service station.

  • Good Managerial Attitude

    After explaining the service manager about my last visit and my experience he was agreed to fix my car air condition with free of charge as a courtesy since I spent almost $5000 to fix my vehicle within last couple of months for A/C and other issues. However, since they are the expert of the Honda vehicles they should find out the problem at first time they diagnose it and need to bring it to customer’s attention if more repairs needed and in this case they did not. I was also told by the service manager that there is no warranty they can give which they doing it for me now as a courtesy and it may have broken down again (not sure) after 4/5 months. Since they taken care my A/C problem for now I am giving three star rating and look forward to see how long it works !
