He truly was a pleasure to work with and helped us get a family vehicle that we hope to use for the next decade plus. He actually was not even supposed to work with us… but because of a delay he got assigned to work with us. Despite this he treated us as if we were his original clients. However, meeting Hamad Deeb was a game-changer. The contrast between… our past experience and this one was stark. He was attentive without being overbearing, listened to our concerns and needs, and respected our budget. My husband expressed his dislike for the lengthy car-buying process, and Hamad Deeb made every effort to expedite the process without rushing us. He consistently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and offered assistance as needed. His approach was not focused solely on making a sale, but rather on providing a positive experience. He somehow managed to make the entire leasing process not only painless but actually fun—equal parts sarcastic banter, sharp humor, and… genuine expertise. He didn’t just hand me the keys and wave; he gave me a full tour of my Honda’s features (which I know is definitely not the standard) and made sure I left knowing how to use every bell and whistle. He’s knowledgeable, available for follow-up questions, and just the right amount of sarcastic to keep you entertained while signing your life away. Huge thanks as well to Lenny, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, and Carlos in financing, who made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Between the three of them, they somehow made car shopping feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with people you actually want to be around. by DK on 05/05/2025We recently visited DCH Honda in Paramus intending to purchase a car. What started as a straightforward negotiation turned into one of the most unprofessional and upsetting dealership experiences I have ever had. After speaking with the… manager, the salesman told us he was authorized to give us a certain price and confirmed certain terms which he said were authorized by the manager. He drafted up the paperwork and we were in the process of signing them (in fact, had already signed one of the pages) when the manager told us he needed to increase the price. Although we felt we were entitled to the deal as agreed upon, we tried to salvage the deal by changing to a less expensive trim and changed the color to one which did not require an "up charge." It was our understanding that the remainder of the terms were the same. The manager then said that the deal would not include one of the items he had previously agreed would be included in the deal (and which had been included by the salesman in both sets of sales documents). It was bad enough that the manager twice went back on the deal and changed the terms, but he was extremely unprofessional and YELLED at us both times. In fact, on the second occasion, he yelled that he was revoking the entire offer and told us to get out. When I took the paperwork that showed the terms they had promised, started yelling even louder to give back the paperwork, clearly in an effort to cover this tracks. The situation felt like a bait and switch as he agreed upon terms that he changed twice after agreement was reached. Needless to say, we did not buy from them. If you value integrity and professionalism and a smooth car-buying experience I highly recommend you go ELSEWHERE.Need Help Finding the Perfect Car? Go Ask for Hamad

HQ to me stating issue Resolved with Right Front leaking… axle, that they NEVER replaced so vehicle would not PASS NYS Inspection. performed at DCH Honda Nanuet, under DCH Auto Group also, who only changed Catalytic Coverter that was Faulty. Car FAILED inspection because AXLE never Changed/Replaced and after 5 weeks, Neither DCH Honda Dealerships or Lithia Motors can provide an RO# Invoice with Replacement of AXLE. That is what I have requested all along purchased at ****.**$ with over ****.00$ of repairs to Pass NYS Vehicle inspection as per DCH Honda Nanuet (more than 50% in repairs) First Catalytic Converter replaced but Failing again and needs Replacemt 2nd time to Pass (documented in writing) AXLE NEVER REPLACED by DCH Honda Paramus. I started looking for Odessy Van back in August at DCH Honda Paramus.
