Jeff was a excellent salesman and Najee worked hard to make things happen. F.C. kerbeck is a place where you don’t feel pressured and they treat you like a customer should be treated.

I purchased a vehicle. After a month, I still hadn’t received the registration or tags. It would’ve been fine had they returned my phone calls or updated me on progress. I called several times only to receive endless ringing or somebody who said they would call me back but never did. I also ordered parts for my new truck. They never came. I was never updated. When I called to find out status, either I didn’t receive an answer or somebody said they would call me back but never did. My feeling is this dealership is there just to move vehicles, but they do not care about service or any ancillary products. I would go here only if I got the best price on a vehicle.

This dealership is awesome! It's my 4th GMC purchase but my first from this dealership and I'll never go anywhere else again! Brian DeNight in the GMC sales department went above and beyond to provide great service! Highly recommend!!!

2017 GMC Terrain SLE

Greg Montgomery was very attentive, polite and assertive. He worked with me until he was able to find a deal that would fit into my budget. Fortunately, as an employee with Comcast, I was also able to apply my GM Supplier Discount towards my new lease. When I had additional questions about my lease after the initial transaction, Greg still made himself available to answer all of my questions. My first experience at F.C. Tony was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He made me feel at home versus being in a dealership. He helped me to stay in budget and be practical about what i wanted and what I could afford. He understood what I needed and wanted and took no time picking out the vehicle that was best for me and my family. New Acadia

Came in after getting emails stating FC Kerbeck wanted my Acadia in trade. First offer was horrible. Then a call from Steve making things look better. After going through the wringer and losing the car we decided on (Sold to another customer?), we settled on another car. Then the Merry Go Round continued with the wrong term, no warranty as promised and other small issues. I hate buying cars because of these games. In the end both FC Kerbeck and I walked away OK, but does it have to be so painful?
