F.C. Kerbeck Buick GMC

I am now back with FC Kerbeck because Steve Willis is back there again. He has always provided outstanding service and support, and I have purchased multiple vehicles from FC Kerbeck. During his absence, the responsiveness disappeared, and I went to another dealer. I worked with Ryan Owen and Steve Willis on my most recent purchase of a new Envision, and overall, it was a very good experience. My only issue is that what should have been perhaps a 1.5 hour visit turned into almost 3.5 hours, all becuse there is only one finance advisor. He was very pleasant and solicitous, but no customer should have to wait that long for a simple cash transaction. Still, the overall quality of the purchase process at Kerbeck is definitely worth the visit.
