This is the second car I have purchased from DCH Honda in the last few years. Their staff and customer service is outstanding. They were kind and patient throughout the whole process and their knowledgeable sales team was able to answer… all of my questions. Thank you DCH!!!

by Subeesh on 08/13/2015I bought a Certified Honda Accord from this dealer last week. The Sales people were very sweet when I went to buy the car. This is my second car from the same dealer. I bought my first car 2 years ago from the same dealer. When I got the… car I was experiencing some noise from the front side of the car. I had to book a service appointment the next day. I almost spent 75% price of a new car and had to book the service appointment next day. The service department inspected my vehicle and concluded the tires are making noise I will have to change the tires if I want to get rid of the noise. When I checked with the sales team they didn't take the responsibility of this issue and got a reply that we don't cover tires. If you don't want noise it is your responsibility to change tire. The sales rep was Walter Donnelly who as very sweet to market the car and when I went to ask him about the tire issue he was not at all co operating to understand my problem. He redirected me to his manager, an arrogant guy who wastelling like it is my problem and I have to change the tire if I dont want the loud moise the car make. When I questioned them about selling me a car with faulty tire they said like they wont cover tire in the certification. (I didn't drive the car thousand miles and asked them to replace the tires. I bought the car and went to them next day after driving the car for near to 100 miles). It is forcing me now to spend $500 to $600 to get a new certified car in a driving condition. When I asked initially, before buying the car, about the tire the sales rep told they will replace the tire if the condition is not good. Please don't believe the sweet words of the sales reps in this show room. All sweet words are till the moment you hand over the check to them. After that they are not responsible at all. I complained about this to the person contacted me for the feedback also. Didn't get any reply on that also. I had to call them multiple times to get the Inspection Sticker on my windshield. It is so annoying paying your hard earned money for a certified car and sending your car next day to repair shop by spending money again from your pocket. When I mentioned about the noise, the sales manager was comparing my Honda Accord to Diesel vehicle. He was asking "If I sell you a diesel vehicle and next day you complain the engine making noise should I replace the engine". The gentleman is very arrogant.Please please no one buy a certified car from these guys.Awful - Discriminating
by Dr_Timmaraju on 08/11/2015I went to test drive 3 vehicles (CIVIC, PILOT, ODYSSEY - booked the appointment online) on 30th July. I asked for the person who made the appointment but no one bothered to call that person or message them about my arrival. I had… experienced the worst customer service ever. First I met with a guy named Ryan Hoey. When I told him that I haven't made up my mind on what vehicle I would buy, i.e., CIVIC/Odyssey/Pilot, since I have never driven Honda before, he refused to show me any, as he thought I couldn't afford to buy a Honda. He tried to scare me with the price tag of Honda Pilot, out rightly insulting me. It is very insulting and hilarious at the same time, for someone who used to owned two European cars (at the same time!) and a jerk thinks you cannot afford Honda. When I persisted on test driving 'a' vehicle, he coldly let me 'test drive' a Honda Odyssey in their parking lot. Until he saw my name on the screen with a 'Dr' in front, he didn't realise he was talking to someone who can 'afford' to buy Honda. Realising he messed it up, he called another sales guy, who was nice to me, at least salvaging part of the situation. I emailed my complaint to their general manager, who responded 9 days back saying that someone will call to fix the problem. I waited but no one bothered to call me until now, showing their lack of customer relationship management. I can only hope that their team learns to respect people NOT based on appearance but their affordability. I am buying a car from other dealers shortly.Great deal....great service

My Sales person Paul Aweeky at DCH Honda was very personable and provided me with nice… complimentary's to make the deal even sweeter. At the end of the purchase , i was explained with all the protections, extended warranty in a great way. I felt like I was in great hands. My overall experience was wonderful. l would highly recommend this dealership.How these ratings REALLY work....
by jesuisagacee on 07/07/2015We had the most unfortunate experience of traveling 2 ½ hrs round trip to test drive a 2015 Civic Si, per several emails exchanged w/the internet manager at DCH Honda. Once there, we learned he had left for the day, and after waiting… another 30-40 min. for someone to even talk to us, we learned that the car in question "was just sold"! In the meantime, we had ample opportunity to see just how deals are struck at DCH. Don't fool yourself: this dealer is as sleazy as them come: typical good guy/bad guy tactics, lots of joking around, but most of all, what we heard was this: "Now, you know we want five star reviews, right?". So there you have it: grateful customers (some immigrants, several large families) who thought they'd never be able to buy a car, eagerly return home and write these 5-star reviews. Do yourself a favor: spend the time researching your car of choice online. Then, check out the prices offered (TrueCar is a scam - google them and you'll see why). Give a few dealers a call ahead of time, and check out dealership reviews (on sites like cars.com). If you can, test drive the car as close to home as possible. Once you've decided what you want to buy, get competitive financing offers (credit unions, your local bank, and possibly the manufacturer). Do NOT head out to a distant dealer UNLESS you have a firm, written commitment in hand (via email/fax, etc.) for a specific car, with VIN number and a list of the specs & options on that particular vehicle. Be sure to make an appointment w/a specific individual, and ask for another name in case s/he is busy/out when you get there. Once at the dealer, make sure the car theyre trying to sell you checks out w/what you agreed to buy (bring your email/written specs). Above all: do NOT blindly trust all the five-star reviews. Dealers arent stupid: they know much business comes from the internet, and it is very, VERY easy to get a great review online. Caveat Emptor! Buyer beware!First car buying experience

From the moment my father-in-law and I walked through the door we were treated respectfully and with… professionalism. My salesman was Demitrios Roumeliotis. Demitri treated us like family. My father-in-law was able to work the price down even lower. The wasn't any haggling or running back and forth to the sales manager. After the deal was made. Demitri went over all the car features and helped me setup all the Bluetooth options. If your in the market for a Honda, I recommend you visit DCH and go see Dimitrios Roumeliotis.Great experience
