So unprofessional and rude
by Lost Sale on 08/06/2020Wow! You really want to stay away from this place. The "General Manager" was screaming at me because I asked for $399 off of the advertised price truck. He was yelling at me about how much experience he had. Mind you in front of his… customers and employees. When someone brags about how much experience they have, usually that shows that maybe they worked all those years but have not learned anything. I was working with my son to get a truck and had visited them to about 10 months earlier. He told me he sold thousands of trucks since then. I asked if that meant my sale didn't matter. Basically he was saying the customer does not matter to him. The killer is I walked in with financing. And only asked for $399 off of a 24k purchase. And if your the owner I am sorry I didn't get my camera going on my phone so you could see the video of how unprofessional this guy is. If he worked for me he would let go on the spot. He costing you lots of money in sales! We went to Miller Ford. Miller Ford was very professional. They just didn't have the type of truck we wanted. So we headed up to Cherry Hill Dodge... Well the good news is we found a great truck. Was treated nicely and still got a price that was better the only $399 off we had asked for on Lucas truck. In few months I plan on buying a 3/4 to 1 ton Diesel truck to pull my camper. Guess who won't get that sale!Lucas Dodge for me!

Everyone was straight forward and did everything they possibly could to make the purchase of our 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited… enjoyable. Mike Moreford was extremely helpful. Worst dealer ever
by aci6023 on 03/16/2015I know that a dealer needs to make money, but this dealer is out of control. We were looking for a Charger daytona or an SRT. we test drove both but did not like the color daytona they had on hand, so we were going to go with the SRT. we… went home to get the car we were going to trade in and when we came back, they raised the price on the Charger. They then offered us $6,000 under used book value for our car and wanted $6,000 over book for the charger. This is insane since the regular prices are already built in to profit at least 4,000 on each. Needless to say we went somewhere else and I got over book for my trade and under book for a daytona. They were rude and I would NEVER purchase anything from this place for any reason after this experience. if they were the last dealer left, i would stop purchasing dodge.Very Helpful

New Ram Purchase

AWFUL
by delcheer16 on 09/23/2014BEWARE!!! This place is awful!! We bought a car there brand new. They messed up our contract two separate times!!! Each time we had to drive back out to them (40 minutes) to fix the issue with them! Once I had to sign a whole new contract… and the second time I actually had to pay them money or they were going to hold my registration!!! After dealing with this issue twice I had had enough and asked to speak with a manager. It turns out he was the most incompetent manager I have ever dealt with! He accused me of being "irrational" because I am a woman and told my boyfriend that it must be hard since were so short on money! It was so insulting for us to have the manager judge us and to assume we couldn't pay (after we bought a brand new jeep wrangler for $35,000). The manager and our sales associate Harry C were both unbelievably rude and blamed the contract mess-ups on us! This place is just as bad as the Cherry Hill Triplex if not worse!!!!!I'd like to apologize for your negative experience. I can assure you that providing poor customer service is not how we intend to do business. terrible sales/service
by apoco420 on 02/24/2009lucas dodge is the worst. i purchased a vehicle from them in which i askd for a good warrenty to cover my the vehicle that i purchsed i had the vehicle less then a year. and the starter broke and the vehicle would not keep a correct gas… gauge i informed them of this i also spoke to the general manager he informed me that they would not cover because of a warrenty i informed them at time of close i wanted a full warrenty. now they are telling me that is was not covered only thing covered was transmission and engine the general manager then began to attack my integerity then states he will not do anything about it then began to threaten me i then threatened him back. thye dealership then contacted the police and i informed them of everything of what happened the officer then told me to file lemon law charges against lucas dodge......buyers beware do not purchase any vehicles from lucas dodge they are not straight shootershORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
by tabbypoo on 12/05/2012updated 06/03/2025I purchased my car from there and i should have known something was up after 40 minutes of being there telling them what i want and them acting like couldnt find anything like i wanted to suddenly appear with a van that they specifically… told me they didn't have on their lot..well a year and half later and over 12 issues with the van i now have a lemon!!Each and every time i take my car in its a 5 day wait and some BS and lies as to why its taken so long ..The managers lie and on top of each salesperson admits the place sucks!!! DONT GO HERE EVER!!!very unethical and based on lies

They did all this then rushed me through the actual signing of the papers. After detailed… review, all thatI was promised in the deal was not delivered. I was STUPID in trusting that they were ethical and did what they said they were doing. Very bad people!!! Do not go there!!!!no Baloney
