Lucas Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

BEWARE!!! This place is awful!! We bought a car there brand new. They messed up our contract two separate times!!! Each time we had to drive back out to them (40 minutes) to fix the issue with them! Once I had to sign a whole new contract and the second time I actually had to pay them money or they were going to hold my registration!!! After dealing with this issue twice I had had enough and asked to speak with a manager. It turns out he was the most incompetent manager I have ever dealt with! He accused me of being "irrational" because I am a woman and told my boyfriend that it must be hard since were so short on money! It was so insulting for us to have the manager judge us and to assume we couldn't pay (after we bought a brand new jeep wrangler for $35,000). The manager and our sales associate Harry C were both unbelievably rude and blamed the contract mess-ups on us! This place is just as bad as the Cherry Hill Triplex if not worse!!!!!
