At the time I decided to seek out this specific model/option package, I didn't realize how few of… them were out there and available. I lucked out that I was able to snag one en route to Lucas Chevrolet and was luckier still that I was able to get a fair deal and very pleasant buying experience. Pat Grepo was terrific to work with and was able to send me home with the exact car I was looking for. If you're in the market for a Chevy, you owe it to yourself to add Lucas Chevrolet to your short list. If you do, ask for Pat Grepo and you'll be in good hands.Great Dealership

They found an issue with my car during an oil change. Before informing me they made sure it was under… warranty which gave me relief. They arranged for me to have a car and took my car in right away. When I needed a new car, I went looking around there and found all the dealerships (the 3 I went to in Toms River, Lakewood, & Manahawkin) were all… very rude. Lester Glenn in particular added stuff to their vehicles that was not needed or desired. When I advised them I did not want that stuff, the sales rep was very rude and unwilling to budge. Your sales person on the phone was very helpful, I think it was Ryan. When I arrived I met Joel, he was very courteous and did everything he could to help. I am very glad I was able to come back to your dealership and get a great SUV and a very reasonable price. Thank You!Chevy service

A noise I'd mentioned was identified and necessary repairs were made, in spite of an incorrect part being initially delivered, and working before a holiday. The mechanic went well over and above… what I would even imagine in order to have the car ready for pickup before the holiday. Not only was the work completed earlier than I could possibly expect or even dream, but the car also performs wonderful.very happy Truck Owner

Unfortunately, I cannot recall his name, but I am sure that can be looked up on the service record. He let me know approximately how long the… service would take and also what adjustments needed to be made as the car had a pending recall to be attended to. In addition, Kevin Midure, the sales associate who led me to the Lucas dealership and essentially was the reason I purchased my vehicle there, stayed beyond his usual work hours to ensure that I was attended to in a timely manner. Kevin, and all staff members involved in my service experience demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle.Colorado service Oct 1014
