    Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Irwin Service. They are Plesant and knowledgeable. They NEVER push for derives to be done. They communicate their findings and suggestions and I decide. Reasonable prices as well

    Irwin Mazda Service went above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having. They took the time to investigate all possible causes, and then did what was necessary to correct the problem. And all through this, they explained each step in an understandable way, making me realize how serious they took the matter, and how dedicated they were to making things right......and....they did!

    Leased a Mazda back in April May of 2009, have been back to the dealership twice for the remote start. Called Jay I yesterday to tell him again, was promised a phone call back, and of course he never called back. Jim, service manager, had a problem with him last time and owner ended up calling me. DONT BUY OR LEASE YOUR CAR AT IRWIN MAZDA, THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND YOU GET NOTHING, TYPICAL CAR DEALER. Took our car to another Mazda dealer after speaking to Mazda corporate, was fixed in less than 10 minutes, problem was IRWIN MAZDA programmed it incorrectly. dont go to Irwin Mazda.

    I just wanted to say that the service department is fantastic. Steve was our service manager and I would recommend him to anyone. We had a 2009 Mazda 6 that was acting strange. Poor acceleration, battery light on, etc. They had to get support from Mazda engineering so we would be without the car for a few days. Steve kept in touch throughout every day they had the car. Once he realized they would not be able to get the car back to us within a few days, he offered to PAY for a rental car for my wife and I!!! This is above and beyond my expectations. Irwin Mazda deserves more than just this review, but sadly that is all I have to give. Thanks again Steve and Irwin Mazda, our car is running great. Oh, I also wanted to say that Enterprise Rent a car was used and they are also a fantastic company to deal with. thanks all, the car is great, again...!
