onLeased a Mazda back in April May of 2009, have been back to the dealership twice for the remote start. Called Jay I yesterday to tell him again, was promised a phone call back, and of course he never called back. Jim, service manager, had a problem with him last time and owner ended up calling me. DONT BUY OR LEASE YOUR CAR AT IRWIN MAZDA, THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND YOU GET NOTHING, TYPICAL CAR DEALER. Took our car to another Mazda dealer after speaking to Mazda corporate, was fixed in less than 10 minutes, problem was IRWIN MAZDA programmed it incorrectly. dont go to Irwin Mazda.
